- Thunder Punch / Earthquake
- Roost

Buzzwole has been rising up quickly in OU. Its defensive typing and excellent physical bulk are key in checking some of the most dangerous offensive threats in the metagame in Weavile, Urshifu-R, and Kartana. Buzzwole is also a dangerous offensive threat in itself due to its sky-high Attack stat and solid coverage options. Ice Punch allows it to check Landorus-T and Garchomp, while also heavily damaging Dragapult. Thunder Punch allows Buzzwole to threaten Pokemon like Slowking, Tornadus-T, and Tapu Fini reliably, while Earthquake allows it to more easily overwhelm Toxapex, Tapu Koko, and Galarian Slowking. Tapu Koko is a great partner, as it can boost Buzzwole's Thunder Punch with Electric Terrain to more comfortably pressure Pokemon like the aforementioned Tapu Fini and Toxapex, while Buzzwole can comfortably threaten and remove Landorus-T and Garchomp, thus benefiting Tapu Koko. Buzzwole also pairs very well with Galarian Slowking, as it can check threats to Galarian Slowking such as Weavile, Bisharp, and Garchomp. Galarian Slowking provides Buzzwole with Future Sight support, allowing it to easily overpower Toxapex and opposing Buzzwole.

Buzzwole has been buffing its muscles and rising up quickly in the past few weeks. Its defensive typing, high attack see below and excellent physical bulk is key in checking some of the most dangerous offensive threats in the metagame in Weavile, Urshifu-R, and Kartana, while also acting as a dangerous offensive threat in itself. i think itd be good to elaborate on this offensive part a bit more specifically with something like "using its sky-high attack stat and solid coverage options" that make it so hard to switch into for many teams. u wanna emphasize how multifaceted it is as one of the premier physical walls while providing its own offense in this meta of physical breaker spam Ice Punch is a great option for KOing Landorus-T and Garchomp, while also heavily damaging Dragapult. Thunder Punch allows Buzzwole to threaten Pokemon like Slowking, Tornadus-T and Tapu Fini reliably, while Earthquake allows it to more easily overwhelm Toxapex. good to mention koko + gking here as well for eq targets Tapu Koko is a great partner for it, as it can boost Buzzwole's Thunder Punch with Electric Terrain to more comfortably pressure Pokemon like the aforementioned Tapu Fini and Toxapex, while Buzzwole can comfortably threaten and remove Landorus-T and Garchomp, thus benefiting Tapu Koko. Buzzwole also pairs very well with Galarian Slowking, as it can check Pokemon Galarian Slowking struggles with such as Weavile, Bisharp, and Garchomp, while Galarian Slowking can absorb Toxic Spikes, which can be detrimental to Buzzwole. future sight synergy is a big part of this pairing. idk how i feel about tspikes mention as well bc they aren't rly that common nowadays but u can keep it if u really want

itd be nice to see something like garchomp or lando here that can help overwhelm clef while providing support via rocks/switching into special shit like heatran volc zapdos. might not be doable w char count but if possible go for it
