OU (OU) Tyranitar

Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 248 SpD / 8 Spe
Careful Nature
- Rock Blast
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- Rest / Crunch / Flamethrower / Low Kick

Tyranitar is a good check to many commonly seen Pokemon in the OU metagame, including Dragapult, Rotom-H, Togekiss, Kyurem, and Volcarona lacking Bug Buzz. It also notably does well against sun and rain due to its ability, Sand Stream, and Tyranitar's bulk. These entry points along with the switches Tyranitar forces make it a good Stealth Rock setter. Rest gives Tyranitar a way to last in the long-term if it's needed to check multiple Pokemon throughout a game, while Crunch gives it a more reliable and harder-hitting STAB move. Flamethrower is able to dent Steel-types, notably Corviknight and Excadrill. Low Kick can be considered to hit Excadrill and Ferrothorn on the switch, which would otherwise be solid counters to Tyranitar that would take advantage of it. Sand Rush Excadrill is a superb teammate due to being supported well with Sand Stream and appreciating Tyranitar checking Rotom-H for it. In return, Excadrill keeps entry hazards off the field and can act as a deadly cleaner late-game. Clefable is able to absorb status and check Fighting-types like Urshifu.

If we can change the set/spread, I believe we should take into account:

252 SpA Life Orb Alakazam Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 248+ SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 338-400 (83.6 - 99%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

I prefer going 248+ SDef for the spread. I would also mention Flamethrower before Low Kick as it hits Corviknight and Grasses, which go a long way when you pair it with the inevitable paralysis.

That aside, the content is fine. I would throw in a brief sentence about Clefable being a good teammate as it absorbs status, is immune to Sand, and helps with problematic Fighting type Pokemon like Urshifu.

It also notably does well against sun, a very threatening playstyle currently, due to Sand Stream as well as Tyranitar's bulk and typing.
You could add Rain to this, too, as disrupting weather goes a long way and Tyranitar teams oftentimes have Amoonguss or Toxapex for Urshifu-Rapid, too.

This^^ and perhaps the edits to the set should be more than enough, 1/1
