re: Col49 vs We Three Kings

Given everything that was presented, it was obvious that Col49 did not put too much effort in to getting the game done. However, We Three Kings did not VM him and only contacted him in a chat or two on discord that they shared. Unless there is more than what Welli0u posted in his activity post, then we have determined the game will be dead as there simply is not enough to give We Three Kings the win seeing as he did not follow scheduling guidelines and simply kept calling Col49 dead without trying to actually formally schedule anywhere (sending a simple VM or even discord PM would've done the trick). If there is any evidence of this nature or more direct, appropriate scheduling attempts that Welli0u neglected to include in his post, then feel free to show them to me and I would be willing to change this to an activity win if we consider it appropriate (this is a big if) seeing as Col49 has absolutely nothing going for him here and it was clear We Three Kings at least had a clear intention to battle.

my opponent missed our scheduled time on saturday and his manager showed no interest in contacting him when i could still get the game done. his following up message was extremely vague and i wasn't available to play today regardless. not to mention it took him the entire week to reply to my scheduling vm that only resulted in him missing our scheduled time.

Elodin was active, tried to schedule, and was on for the eventual scheduled time. Lord Moet slept through it and was sloppy with scheduling the entire time. The clear-cut activity win goes to Elodin.

While checking rosters to help prep for Sunday when I post, I noticed an unknown player within the roster for Week 5. Jhonx~ is apparently listed as a player for this week in DPP. Since this is an unofficial tournament no real punishment will be sought and at worst see it as something either unintentional or just for the fun of it.

In the future things like this should be brought up to the hosts. While it is an unofficial, manipulation and cheating are still frowned upon and should be taken seriously in future cases.

Result: TheCrashingBangBullies has until Sunday, May 13th at 12:00am to find a replacement or they will yield the win for dpp to cb jose altuve corvettes.

Tagging blunder and Jirachee to swap Jhonx~ out effective immediately. Tagging cb jose altuve corvettesand Sam to let Groudon know.

If previous weeks are like this, Finchinator and I will discuss whether to void the matches.
