[OVERVIEW]
While Pachirisu does have access to some genuinely useful support moves such as Nuzzle and Super Fang, it's role is almost completely outclassed by Togedemaru, a fellow Electric-type rodent that can both spread status and pivot, as well as switch into Electric-type attacks from the likes of Manectric and Alolan Raichu. Due to this, Pachirisu is not particularly worth using, as it's only niche over Togedemaru is it's better special bulk. What's more, Pachirisu's main chipping tool, Super Fang, is also shared by Togedemaru.

Pachirisu's job is to spread both poison and paralysis through the use of Toxic and Nuzzle respectively, while chipping foes with Super Fang and pivoting into Electric-type attacks with Volt Absorb before pivoting back out with U-Turn. However, the aforementioned Togedemaru outclasses Pachirisu due to it's ability to also spread status and pivot.

Due to this, Pachirisu is not particularly worth using, as it's only major niche over Togedemaru (having more spdef isnt a major niche. You make it sound like there's an actual reason to use Pachi over Toge, when there isn't) is it's better special bulk. What's more, Pachirisu's main chipping tool in Super Fang is also shared by Togedemaru.
