[SET COMMENTS]

Palkia, while certainly not the most popular Restricted Pokemon, definitely has a niche in Series 11 for its strong matchup against Kyogre teams, respectable bulk, and considerable offensive prowess. Palkia's STAB combination is excellent, as few Pokemon resist it; both Max Geyser and Max Wyrmwind are quite useful, as Max Geyser sets up rain and Max Wyrmwind lowers the Attack of opposing Pokemon, such as Calyrex-I and Zacian-C. Earth Power is a useful coverage move when Palkia is Dynamaxed, as Palkia can OHKO Zacian-C with Life Orb Max Quake, and it boosts Palkia's Special Defense. Trick Room can turn the tables in Palkia's favor when facing faster paced teams. Life Orb's stronger power boost is preferable because it also boosts Max Quake; however, if another teammate wants to run Life Orb, Lustrous Orb can be used instead. Palkia can also run more Speed investment, as it has a nice base 100 Speed stat, which is faster than Kyogre, Kyurem-W, Reshiram, and both Urshifu formes. However, a bulkier EV spread is usually preferred, as Palkia fits well on bulky Trick Room teams.

Since Palkia struggles with Zacian-C, as well as Grass-types that are supported by Grimmsnarl's Light Screen like Venusaur and Amoonguss, it appreciates partners that can check the aforementioned Pokemon like Incineroar and Rotom-H, and they appreciate Palkia's ability to check Landorus-T and Kyogre in return. Regieleki appreciates Palkia checking Ground-types for it, and provides Palkia with speed control via Electroweb. Ferrothorn gives Palkia teams a strong win condition with Iron Defense and Body Press and appreciates Palkia's ability to check Fire-types for it. Grimmsnarl helps Palkia stay alive longer with dual screens, as well as providing speed control with either Scary Face or Thunder Wave. Porygon2 also provides speed control with Trick Room, allowing Palkia to more freely drop Trick Room in favor of Protect, and it can weaken opposing special attackers like Venusaur and Dialga with Eerie Impulse.

Please tag me once this is implemented or if you have any questions. There is a little too much emphasis on Palkia's matchup into Kyogre when its a very strong Pokemon beyond that.

Palkia, while certainly not the most popular restricted Restricted Pokemon, definitely has a niche in S11 for its strong matchup into Kyogre teams as one of the best Kyogre checks in the metagame(You say later on "lack weakness into most common Kyogre teammates" and you say that its a great Kyogre check, so rather than 2 separate points, I compressed them into one general point about it being strong into Kyogre teams.) because of its Water-Dragon typing (which has a 4x resist to water),(It should be fairly intuitive that a Pokemon with a quad resist is good into Kyogre, so we don't need to explain its typing.) respectable bulk, access to Trick Room,(A lot of Palkia don't run TR.)and lack of weakness to most common Kyogre partners, like Tornadus.(Palkia is a massive threat in of itself, make sure to mention its powerful offensive prowess.) Spacial Rend is Palkia's main STAB move, which 2HKOes Kyogre and Tornadus, and when maxed, it turns into Max Wyrmwind, which drops opponents' Atk by one stage. Hydro Pump is a strong (albeit somewhat inaccurate) secondary STAB that allows Palkia to OHKO Lando-T and Incineroar, and it can take advantage of the rain to absolutely wreak havoc, OHKOing opponents like Zacian-C.(Both Hydro Pump and Special Rend are overly explained You don't need to specifically mention it hits Kyogre and Tornadus. You also don't need to mention that Hydro Pump KOs Incineroar and Landorus-T or that its innacurate, those are obvious. You could instead say how palkia's STAB combination is excellent which few Pokemon resisting it, and then give practical examples of where its max moves are useful. Don't just say Max Wyrmwind lowers attack give examples. I also don't think Max Geyser needs explaining.) Earth Power is a very reliable coverage move that OHKOes Regieleki and 2HKOes Zacian-C. It turns into Max Quake once Palkia Dynamaxes, which boosts Palkia's SpDef,(You could say help versus Special attackers, rather then specifically listing Kyogre. Earth Power is best used as Max Quake you get SpD boosts and can OHKO Zacian-C with LO Max Quake, so you don't need to mention what it does outside of max. Try and fix this accordingly ofc.) making it an even better Kyogre Check. Protect is generally a really useful move, and (Usually we don't explain Protect. I don't see much that would warrant it being explained here)Trick Room can further turn the tables in Palkia's favor against faster paced teams. on Kyogre teams that rely on outspeeding opponents to win games.(Not just Kyogre teams, I made the statement more general)

-Explain why you'd run Life Orb and Lustrous Orb, Lustrous Orb can be used if you want something else to run Life Orb, otherwise stick with LO's stronger power boost.
-I would also like you to talk about how it can viably go for speed over bulk speed

Palkia fits well on bulkier balance teams that appreciate a reliable having a reliable check to Kyogre that can also hit hard and have access to Trick Room.(Palkia is more of a build around Pokemon, rather then one that should be slapped onto teams and many don't run Trick Room.) Partners like Lando-T are usually best for Palkia, since they are able to counter opposing Fairy- and Dragon-types like Zacian-C or Dialga, and appreciate Palkia's ability to check Kyogre and offer some sort of speed control.(This is way wordier then it needs to be. Simply saying smth like Landorus-T is a good partner because it checks stuff like this and this while Palkia can do this for it, should be good enough. Also Dialga could probably be a better example considering how relevant Dialga is.) Due to its weaknesses to Fairy- and Dragon-types, Palkia's counters (ironically, this includes Palkia itself) are usually not too common, except for Zacian-C and Xerneas, as they are able to apply a lot of offensive pressure regardless of whether or not they can deal super effective damage, so when building Palkia teams, it is key to have answers to common cores with Zacian-C or Xerneas.(What actually provides this? read my later comments.)

(Xerneas is not worth mentioning, its near non existent in the metagame.)
Some teammates to mention in your paragraph—with appropriate wording ofc.
Palkia struggles with Zacian-C, as well Grass-types such as Venusaur and Amoonguss supported by grimms light screen. Incin and Rotom-h can help with this and like palk checking lando.

Grimmsnarl- provides screens support and speed control.
Regieleki, appreciates Palkia checking Ground-types and gives Palkia speed control
Ferrothorn is a strong win condition with Ironpress which likes Palkia checking Fire-types for it.
P2 can set TR for Palkia, letting it more freely not run TR, can also weaken threats with Eerie Impulse.

Palkia, while certainly not the most popular Restricted Pokemon, definitely has a niche in S11 for its strong matchup into Kyogre teams, respectable bulk, and (You should add an adjective here like "incredible")offensive prowess with a Special Attack stat of 150.(Dex infoey.) Palkia's STAB combination is excellent, as few pPokemon resist it both Water- and Dragon-type attacks, and both Max Geyser and Max Wrymwind are quite useful, as Max Geyser sets up rain and Max Wyrmwind lowers the Attack of opposing Pokemon, which can prevent Zacian-C from 2HKOing it with Play Rough, and Calyrex-Ice from 2HKOing it with Glacial Lance after a Weakness Policy boost such as Calyrex-I and Zacian-C.(We don't need to explain specific situations of where lowering attack is useful, it should be intuitive that lowering attack can be situationally useful.) Earth Power is a useful coverage move that really shines when Palkia is Maxed, as Palkia can OHKO Zacian-C with LO-boosted Max Quake Life Orb Max Quake, and it boosts Palkia's Special Defense SpD, which helps it a great deal when facing special attackers,(Should be intuitive what a SpD boost would be good against.) and Trick Room can turn the tables in Palkia's favor when facing faster paced teams. Life Orb turns Palkia into a devastating threat, allowing it to pick up KOs it couldn't without its boost, like OHKOing Zacian-C with Max Quake, OHKOing Thundurus with Max Wyrmwind or Max Geyser, or OHKOing Landorus-T with Spacial Rend.(In this situation you could simply say "Life Orb's stronger power boost which also boosts Max Quake is preferable, however") However, if you want(Analyses should be written in third person.) something else wants to run Life Orb, Lustrous Orb can be used instead as well, however Life Orb's extra power boost makes it more worthwhile to use if given the choice between the two.(We don't really need the obvious contrast here.) Palkia can also run a set with more speed investment, as it has a decent base speed stat of 90 (the same as Kyogre's).(Its speed is 100 not 90 and you can just get on with what you can outspeed. but also explain why a Bulky EV spread is preferable. Palkia fits well on slow Trick Room teams)

Palkia, like many other restricteds, need specific partners whose roles appreciate its strengths and alleviate its weaknesses.(Not very meanigful content.)
Since it Palkia struggles with Zacian-C, as well as Grass-types like Venusaur and Amoonguss that are supported by Grimmsnarl's Light Screen, it appreciates partners like Incineroar and Rotom-H, who can check the aforementioned Pokemon, and appreciate Palkia's ability to check Landorus-T and Kyogre. Regieleki appreciates Palkia checking Ground-types for it, and provides Palkia with speed control with Electroweb. Ferrothorn gives Palkia teams a strong win condition with Iron Defense and Body Press that appreciates its ability to check Fire-types for it. Grimmsnarl helps Palkia stay alive longer with Light Screen and Reflect, as well as providing speed control with Scary Face/Thunder Wave. Porygon-2 also provides it with speed control with Trick Room, also allowing Palkia to more freely drop Trick Room in favor of Protect other moves, and it also increases Palkia's longevity with Eerie Impulse.(Increase longevity doesn't quite make sense here, how about "and it also can weaken Pokemon such as... with Eerie Impulse for Palkia.)
(Unbolded this area.)
