Despite the extension to wednesday, finals weren't able to get done due to missing the scheduled time. Since there is not any real prospect of a further extension allowing it to happen in a timely manner, I have no real choice except to award an activity win.

Please congratulate Hugo on winning the second PIC kickoff tour!

I'm obviously not happy with how this ended, with it being by far my best chance of winning my first tour yet but at the end of the day I have no one to blame but myself but at the end of the day winning the entire thing is more or less just a formality, I've already proven myself throughout the entirety of tour
shoutouts to everyone who has helped me through this tour and in tpp, Frixel , sundays , Chromate and of course the GOAT Instruct and I look forward to more pic gaming in the future!
