Introduction
It is once again time for another stall team that has peaked the ladder to make its obligatory RMT. This time, there is no featured shitmon. Just 6 pretty good mons, with the star of the show being :Ting-Lu: who is making a comeback to stall since it was last featured in my Pre-Home RMT: (https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/peaked-1-2101-elo-–-hazard-stack-stall.3719401/).

:Dondozo:
Curse waterfall rest talk tera fighting with HDB and max phys def. Literally the exact set on 90% of stall teams for the entire generation. Does the same stuff its always done, walls boosting physical sweepers like :zamazenta:, :dragonite:, and most importantly; :kingambit:. This is why :dondozo: is tera fighting. No :quagsire: here due to needing the raw stats of :dondozo:.

:Gliscor:
Personally I have strayed away from Toxic :gliscor: the last few months for options like Earthquake or Poison Jab due to how passive it can make you in the face of :Clefable:, :Hatterene:, :Heatran:, and several others. But this team really needs the immediacy and reliability of Toxic poison versus the likes of :great-tusk: primarily, as due to no :Alomomola: or :sinistcha:, you are commonly required to take a 4x effective Ice Spinner.

Spikes, Knock Off, Protect, all obvious, and Tera Dragon is to help versus :Ogerpon-Wellspring: and :Samurott-Hisui: in a pinch, although it can be very bad to tera this in many matchups due to no hazard removal and removing your spike immunity.

:Blissey:
Calm Mind and Softboiled allow you to match opponent special attack boosts and stay healthy long term against the likes of :Raging-bolt:, :Iron-Moth:, :Gholdengo:, and many others. Seismic Toss is for the consistent damage and progress making versus these boosting Pokémon. Flamethrower exists to both smack :Gholdengo: thinking they have free +6 and crit fishing, and to punish the upswing of Psyshock Dazzling Gleam before it gets too out of hand. Tera Dark is for denying the aforementioned :gholdengo: Psyshock, along with various other users like :Iron-crown:, and the rare Stored Power. It is also nice to beat other random Psychic Noise users.

I prefer Flamethrower over Shadow Ball due to the 10% burn chance and you often get many chances to fish for this burn against bulkier teams to burn something like their :Slowking-Galar:. Shadow Ball would be a viable option and help particularly against :Dragapult: and the rare :skeledirge:, but this team frankly does not need any more help with them.

:Amoonguss:
This team's primary :Ogerpon: counter and sole Regenerator. Before this team I had :amoonguss: on Fraud Watch but that is solely because it isn't :toxapex:. The funny mushroom cannot even attempt to replicate the immense feats of bulk :toxapex: can, especially when it comes to taking on mixed or super effective attackers.

However, trying to cover :Toxapex:'s strengths elsewhere and playing to :Amoonguss:'s strengths has been much more successful. So what are :Amoonguss:'s strengths outside of helping get a whole status banned? The answer to that is the most resilient :ogerpon-wellspring: check in the game. Notice how I don't say counter. This is a check. :Ogerpon-wellspring: is a crit away or one Knock Off from making this matchup very shaky.

:Amoonguss: survives two hits anything bar Zen Headbutt (super not real) even +2 Ogerpon-Wellspring can throw at it, and can threaten in return with Toxic, Foul play 2hko at +2, or Seed Bomb into Teraed :Ogerpon-Wellspring:. Use Synthesis to stay healthy, although mind the PP as it is vulnerable to getting PP stalled in even medium length games if it is knocked.

Seed Bomb is the interesting move of choice. A (importantly) non-contact 80 BP physical grass move that hits off :Amoonguss:'s respectable 85 attack stat. This move is primarily for :Primarina: with Psychic Noise as it does ~60% but it importantly ISN'T blocked like Giga Drain or a contact move like Grass Knot. Energy Ball would work for this purpose as it hits :Garganacl: harder, but it is less effective versus :Primarina:, specifically Assault Vest, tera'd :ogerpon-wellspring:, and Calm Mind :clefable:, so I chose Seed Bomb. It also has more PP which I only think has mattered once in the games I have played, as I needed to PP stall Moonlight from a Calm Mind Knock Off :Clefable:.

:Amoonguss: is Tera Steel which is primarily for absorbing Draco Meteor from :Raging-Bolt:, Dragon Darts from :Dragapult: and flipping its weakness to Psychic in a pinch. As a bonus, in extended games where :Amoonguss: is knocked, it reduces the hazard chip from rocks ever so slightly. :Amoonguss: does tera fairly often when its grass type traits aren’t needed because it's capable of getting an important toxic on the likes of :Kyurem: or essentially any other non-immune setup sweeper, although it can hurt due to removing the poison type perfect Toxic accuracy.

:Clefable:
:Clefable: excels in being a disruption Pokémon with incredible longevity due to its immunity to most passive damage. This set exists to maximize :Clefable:'s ability to do this and support the team. Sticky Barb is a wonderful item for this as any booster user or item-less opponent that makes contact will obtain the barb. This allows you to beat:Gliscor:, :Corviknight:, and :skarmory: in longer games, as well as Booster Energy users like:iron-valiant:, :Roaring-moon:, :great-tusk:, :iron-treads: or even a knocked :kingambit: in shorter games.

Tera Steel is for helping into physical or mixed :Kyurem: and just being an overall good type. Moonblast is obviously a stupid move to use, although serious consideration was made towards Ice Beam for SD :gliscor:, and this would be a viable alternative. Knock Off is to knock opponents that often will switch out of or force out :Gliscor:, such as :Slowking-Galar:, :Primarina:, or opposing :Clefable:. Moonlight to stay healthy, but I supplemented this with Wish. I found Wish-Protect was too easily exploitable by setup or the upswing or Roar users like :Moltres: or :Zamazenta:. Using only Moonlight is highly susceptible to being PP stalled, so I chose both. You can Wish when you aren't actively threatened with a 2HKO on the variety of weaker attacks in the tier. Even without Protect, it is effective. Wish is also highly beneficial to pass to teammates, particularly our next entry, :Ting-Lu:.

:Ting-Lu:
:ting-lu: Ting-Lu has seen a major downswing in stall viability since Pre-Home when it peaked ladder (https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/peaked-1-2101-elo-–-hazard-stack-stall.3719401/). It is just a fat Pokémon with hazards and an okay attack stat with very little other beneficial utility and no reliable recovery. His job of bulky special wall is also filled already by :blissey:. However, that's surprisingly why he fits so well here.

As previously mentioned, everyone here is a physical wall, besides the obvious :Blissey:, which while almost impenetrable, it is capable of being overwhelmed by multiple opponents. Therefore, Ting-Lu can lessen the burden by beating Pokémon like :Gholdengo:, :Raging-bolt:, :iron-crown:, :Slowking-galar:, and :iron-moth:. :Ting-lu: also can take on a variety of strong mixed attackers that :Blissey: has to steer far away from like almost all variants of :Hoopa-Unbound:, :dragapult:, and :deoxys-speed:.

:Blissey: without Protect also struggles against Future Sight from the likes of :Slowking-Galar: or :Iron-Crown:. :Ting-lu: has immunity to this move and due to its sheer bulk often doesn't even need to click Protect. Another benefit to taking some of the special walling weight off :Blissey:'s shoulders is that :Ting-Lu: can use Stealth Rock for the team, as its moveslots are far less important than :Blissey:'s. Unfortunately, we are stuck using Rest with no Sleep Talk for recovery, although with :Ting-Lu:'s sheer natural bulk and Wish passing from :Clefable:, this isn't a death sentence.

Tera ghost is used to be a spinblocker primarily, as without it, your matchup into sun is almost completely unwinnable.

Threats
:Haxorus:
:Torkoal: Sun, as aforementioned due to no real switchin to sun :walking-wake: outside of :Blissey:.

:Skarmory: Hazard stack can be difficult with some knock users like CM :Clefable: or :Ogerpon-Wellspring:, as these will force :Amoonguss: to lose its boots, although this is a very winnable matchup with strong play.

:weezing-galar: is very annoying to stall, and this remains true.

:haxorus: No one uses this but yeah it destroys stall what a surprise.
