this is a team tournament featuring some of the bigger petmods in the community. players sign up with what their ps username, timezone and played metagames are, and are then entered into an auction that team captains buy players for with a certain amount of credits to decide teams. im not the best at explaining though, so people on the petmods discord would likely be of more help to you. it has a similar format to that of ompl drafts, so this links to the most recent ompl draft (10).
