1yr has been banned for reasons unrelated to the tournament; as a result, the Gensokyo Gourgeists are eligible for a replacement and have picked ihbst from the undrafted pool.

All games are not to be privated during an ongoing match and replays to be public.

RE: hidin vs dex

dex brought a team with Baton Pass to their finals game vs hidin, a move that is meant to be banned from the format— due to a coding error that arose recently, the team validator did not block them from bringing it
Result: the hosts believe that such validator glitches should not allow a player to bypass a tier's rules, and as a result, hidin is granted the win over dex
