[SET COMMENTS]
Landorus-T fills a valuable niche in AG thanks to its decent bulk, expansive movepool, and powerful ability in Intimidate, which make it a fairly reliable check to dangerous offensive threats like Zekrom and Groudon, alongside blanket checking many physical attackers like Marshadow and Reshiram. It also pivots into most of Zacian-C's moves and forces it out. Landorus-T is, however, held back by a lack of reliable recovery moves, which means that it can be chipped down throughout the game. Earthquake can break Substitutes from Zekrom and untransformed Zygarde, as well as heavily chipping Necrozma-DM, Eternatus, and Zacian-C. U-turn allows Landorus-T to generate momentum, coming in on Pokemon like Zekrom and Necrozma-DM and pivoting out as they're forced out. Knock Off provides useful utility, removing Heavy-Duty Boots or Rocky Helmet from opposing Yveltal or Necrozma-DM, respectively, severely hamstringing them as reliable checks to major threats. Alternatively, Landorus-T can use Toxic to debilitate Pokemon like Groudon and Yveltal, notably helping the matchup against Swords Dance Groudon sets. Stealth Rock is the preferred final move, and Landorus-T can reliably force out opposing Necrozma-DM to set it. Stealth Rock also frees the near-mandatory Necrozma-DM up to potentially run a Dragon Dance set. Alternatively, Defog can be used instead, which helps Yveltal fit moves like Toxic and Taunt rather than freeing up Necrozma-DM. Landorus-T can Defog reliably on the most common Stealth Rock setters in the tier, Necrozma-DM, Groudon, and Tyranitar, allowing it to keep Stealth Rock off pretty reliably. Leftovers is Landorus-T's only viable source of recovery, stopping Stealth Rock from whittling it down and helping it more effectively beat Necrozma-DM. The given EVs maximize physical bulk in order to help Landorus-T more reliably check Groudon, Necrozma-DM, and Zekrom, with the Speed EVs outspeeding Calyrex-I and paralyzed Calyrex-S.

Teammates such as Calyrex-S, Zacian-C, and Kyogre greatly appreciate Landorus-T bringing them in freely through U-turn while potentially debilitating their best checks in Yveltal and Necrozma-DM. Necrozma-DM and Yveltal also appreciate Landorus-T's support, as, depending on its fourth move, it frees the former or the latter up to run either Dragon Dance or Taunt sets, respectively. Landorus-T also eases pressure on Necrozma-DM another way, as it can pivot safely into any coverage move from Zacian-C, potentially easing prediction and reducing the risk of losing Necrozma-DM to Assurance on the switch. Yveltal offers the aditional advantage of checking Calyrex-S for Landorus-T, allowing it to come in more with less fear of allowing Calyrex-S in. Landorus-T is extremely weak to Kyogre, so it greatly appreciates reliable Kyogre checks like Ferrothorn, Eternatus, and Blissey. Landorus-T can handle some Zygarde sets as a blanket check to physical attackers, but it can't significantly punish them beyond Knock Off; a Zygarde check like Xerneas, though, gives Landorus-T a threatening option to pivot into.

Other Options
=============

Lum Berry can be used on offensive sets to get rid of status from the likes of Giratina, defensive Zygarde-C, and Toxic Necrozma-DM, which can possibly stop Landorus-T from sweeping. Stone Edge can be used over Knock Off on defensive sets to more reliably threaten Ho-Oh and heavily chip Yveltal, but Knock Off is generally preferred thanks to its ability to enable powerful wallbreakers.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Special Attackers**: Landorus-T's lacking special bulk coupled with its poor recovery causes it to lose to most common special attackers, such as Yveltal, Xerneas, Calyrex-S, and Kyogre. Notably, none of these Pokemon can necessarily come in freely on Landorus-T, especially on defensive sets, which can punish them with Knock Off or use U-turn and pivot into a check.

**Residual Damage**: Once Landorus-T's Leftovers has been removed, it's on a timer, unable to recover from any chip damage from Stealth Rock, repeatedly switching into moves, or any other source. Being chipped significantly impairs its ability to check Zekrom reliably, and losing Leftovers only exacerbates this.

**Physically Defensive Walls**: Physically defensive walls such as Zygarde-C and Lunala are often able to take hits from Landorus-T and punish it in return. Zygarde-C can remove boosts using Haze and paralyze it with Glare, while Lunala can burn it with Will-O-Wisp and also force it out using Ice Beam.

**Revenge Killers**: Revenge killers such as Ditto, Zacian-C, and Sucker Punch Yveltal are a huge threat to offensive Landorus-T, as it can be rapidly worn down due to its Life Orb, lack of recovery, and mediocre bulk. Zacian-C and Yveltal outspeed it unboosted and can OHKO it with their STAB moves. Kyurem-W is able to take hits from unboosted Landorus-T and OHKO it with its super effective Ice-type moves.

Landorus-T fills a valuable niche in AG thanks to its decent bulk and expansive movepool coupled with a powerful ability in Intimidate, which allow it to serve as a fairly reliable check to dangerous offensive threats like Zekrom and Groudon (mention that it can soft check Zacian-C as well). Landorus is, however, held back by a lack of reliable recovery outside of Leftovers, which means that it can be chipped down over the course of the game. Earthquake is Landorus's STAB move of choice, allowing to to break substitutes from Zekrom and untransformed Zygarde, while heavily chipping Necrozma-DM, Eternatus, and Zacian-C. U-turn allows Landorus-T to generate momentum, coming in on Pokemon like Zekrom and Necrozma-DM, and pivoting out as they're forced out. Knock Off provides Landorus-T with useful utility, allowing it to remove Heavy-Duty Boots or Rocky Helmet from opposing Yveltal or Necrozma-DM, respectively, severely hamstringing their abilities to serve as reliable checks to major threats. Stealth Rock is the preferred move for slot 4 in the final slot, freeing the mandatory Necrozma-DM up to potentially run a Dragon Dance set by taking advantage of Landorus-T's ability to reliably force out opposing Necrozma-DM and set Stealth Rock. Alternatively, Defog can be used instead, trading the ability to run Dragon Dance Necrozma-DM for the ability to run a wider variety of sets on Yveltal, potentially enabling moves like Toxic or Taunt which it would otherwise struggle to fit (mention what Landorus-T Defogs on, like Necrozma-DM). Leftovers are chosen to give Landorus-T a fairly reliable source of recovery, enabling it to avoid being whittled down by Stealth Rock throughout the match, and helping it more effectively beat Necrozma-DM. The given EVs are chosen to maximize physical bulk in order to help Landorus-T more reliably check Groudon, Necrozma-DM, (comma) and Zekrom.

Teammates such as Calyrex-S and Zacian-C greatly appreciate Landorus-T's utility, thanks to its ability to bring them in freely through U-turn while also potentially crippling their best checks in Yveltal and Necrozma-DM. Necrozma-DM and Yveltal also appreciate Landorus-T's support, as it greatly frees up their moveset options depending on its fourth move, potentially freeing them up to run either Dragon Dance or Taunt sets, respectively. (also mention that Yveltal handles Calyrex-S for Landorus-T) Landorus-T is extremely weak to Kyogre, so it greatly appreciates reliable Kyogre checks like Ferrothorn, Eternatus, and Kyurem-W. Landorus-T also eases pressure on one's Necrozma-DM, as it can pivot safely into any of Zacian-C's moves except Behemoth Blade or Play Rough, potentially easing predicting and reducing the risk of losing Necrozma-DM to Assurance on the switch. Landorus-T also can serve as a catch-all blanket check to a range of physical attackers, such as Marshadow, Rayquaza, Reshiram, and some Zygarde sets, although its inability to significantly punish Zygarde beyond potentially threatening it with Knock Off limits its ability to check Zygarde to simply pivoting in, then U-turning out to a check like Xerneas to enable it to come in safely.

- mention offensive teammates that appreciate Landorus-T's Stealth Rock support as well

Lum Berry can be used on offensive sets to get rid of status from the likes of Giratina, defensive Zygarde-C, and Toxic Necrozma-DM, which can possibly stop Landorus-T from sweeping. An Adamant nature allows Landorus-T to deal more damage, but it is then unable to outspeed Pokemon such as Timid Calyrex-S, Adamant Zacian-C, and Choice Scarf Kyogre at +1 Speed, allowing them to revenge kill it reliably. Stone Edge can be used over Knock Off on defensive sets to more reliably threaten Ho-Oh and heavily chip Yveltal, but Knock Off is generally preferred thanks to its ability to enable powerful wallbreakers.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Special Attackers**: Landorus-T's lacking special bulk coupled with its less-than-reliable recovery causes it to lose to most common special attackers, such as Yveltal, Xerneas, Calyrex-S, and Kyogre. Notably, none of these Pokemon can necessarily come in freely on Landorus-T, especially on defensive sets, thanks to its ability to punish them with Knock Off, or U-turn into a check.

**Knock Off Residual Damage**: (I think this makes more sense since any kind of chip damage is unfort for Landorus-T. Having its Leftovers removed can leave it worn down much more easily) Once Landorus-T's Leftovers have been removed, it's on a timer, unable to recover from any chip damage. As such, it can become even easier to whittle down, severely hampering its ability to check Pokemon like Zekrom. (you can reword this accordingly)

**Physically Defensive Walls**: Physically defensive walls such as Zygarde-C and Lunala are often able to take hits from Landorus-T and cripple it in return. Zygarde-C is able to remove boosts using Haze and paralyze it with Glare, while Lunala can burn it with Will-O-Wisp and also force it out using Ice Beam.

**Revenge Killers**: Revenge killers such as Ditto, Calyrex-S (Calyrex-S was already mentioned in the special attackers bullet, replace this with a different example), and Sucker Punch Yveltal are a huge threat to offensive Landorus-T, as it can be rapidly worn due to its Life Orb, lack of recovery, and mediocre bulk. Zacian-C and Calyrex-S (replace) outspeed it unboosted and can OHKO it with their STAB moves. Kyurem-W is able to take hits from unboosted Landorus-T and OHKO it with its super effective Ice-type moves.
