- Lightning Rod: This is to deal with other powerful electric types.
- Light Ball: This item exclusive to Pikachu doubles it's Atk & Sp. Atk to boosting it to over 100 base stats.
- Eviolite: For non-full evolved pokemon it's Def & Sp. Def are x1.5 boosting it's low Def of 40 to 60, & it's low Sp. Def of 50 to 75.
- Timid Nature: Boosts it's average base speed of 90 at the cost of Atk that's being used.
- Move Set: 1) Thunderbolt for STAB. 2) Thunder Wave for paralysis and speed drop. 3) Signal beam for coverage of Grass types who resist Electric moves & a bonus of confusion. 4) Surf for coverage of Rock & Ground types who both learn Ground moves, & Ground types' immunity.
