pikachu can be a sweeper with its light ball and nasty plot. its z move: 10,000,000 volt thunder bolt, which has a very high chance of critical hit. however, its low balk makes it easily get OHKO by most of the offensive pokemon in the tier.

thunderbolt is pikachu's most powerful STAB attack despite of thunder's low accuracy. surf helps pikachu OHKO ground type pokemon after set up. signal beam is for grass type which the other move is not affective with.
teammates: hazard cleaner as if it get sticky wed, it's gone.
