With attack type pikachu, it will shocked your opponent because most of the time expects a Spattck type pikachu

Outspeeds excadrill and damages with brickbreak around 70-80% hp

Brickbreak


Whith this moveset, it could 1HKO tyranitar with brickbreak, and with an unexpected fighting atk for chansey and Blissey will destroy opponents strategy, while grass knot can finish swampert, and hippowdon around 40-45%hp ,while extremespeed finishes evrything with low HP and it deals massive damage with Voltackle
