Very happy with how Bulu turned out. Speed SRing is pretty pleasant, so this went pretty fast. The 1 Speed IV doesn't make a difference at level 50 battles,
but it will make a difference at level 100 ( 139 vs 140 speed )
The Sdef will be bottle capped in the future.

The Def and Speed are definitely disappointing, but it was too hard to pass up 0 Atk.
