I tried using band but it did not work for me at least life orb lets me choose another move than 1 move.

Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Dazzling Gleam
- Volt Switch
- Grass Knot

Using life orb to deal a lot of damage with thunderbolt plus terrain helps

Raichu-Alola @ Life Orb
Ability: Surge Surfer
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Psyshock
- Volt Switch
- Focus Blast

Using life orb so i can use different moves if push comes to shove.

Tornadus-Therian (M) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Heat Wave
- Air Slash
- Psychic

I know this is not really an attacking pokemon but defog is very helpful if i am using life orb. Psychic might be odd but i put it on there for toxapex.

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Surging Strikes
- Close Combat
- U-turn
- Ice Punch

I ran scarf to outspeed threats life tapu koko and cinderace and other urshifu's. I know this might let to a problem because it has no priority moves and i cant use other moves when in trouble but i think it helps me out a lot

Koko would be best running terrain extender to give the maximum turns for AlolaChu to sweep. Change thunderbolt to rising voltage on Alolachu because it's a pretty broken stab compared to thunderbolt in terrain. Change u-turn to superpower so you aren't walled by ferrothorn, although, you have alolachu so it's your choice.
