Petmods Premier League IV Admin Decisions and Announcements

The following thread will document both all the resources available to start playing in the PMPL, as well as announcements regarding administrative decisions and changes to the tiers in the tournament. This includes mid-tournament nerfs and bans.

An insane metagame where submitters vote for a slate leader to rule over them with an Iron Fist™, who approves, disapproves and alters submissions and the metagame itself as they see fit.

Resources:

Ruleset and Banlist
Species Clause: Players cannot have more than one Pokémon with any National Pokédex number.
Endless Battle Clause: Players cannot intentionally prevent their opponent's Pokémon from fainting from PP depletion and Struggle recoil.
Sleep Clause Mod: Players can not induce sleep on more than one of the opponent's Pokémon at once.
Evasion Clause: Moves that boost evasion like Minimize are banned.
OHKO Clause: Moves that OHKO the foe (Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill, and Sheer Cold) are banned.
Mario Kart Wii Clause: Mario Kart Wii must use Gorilla Tactics

Big Button Rule: If a Pokemon that has activated its Big Button switches in, it becomes Big.
MILF Rule: On team preview, both sides gain 2 Fishing Tokens for each Pokemon with the MILF ability on their team.
Ohmyrod Rule: On switchin, Ohmyrod causes a message stating 'it is ohmyrod time :D' to pop up.
Serious Rule: On switchin, a Pokemon with the Serious nature gets the Serious type added to it.

(sorry Dragonslayerz but im gonna have to spoil it for the sake of providing the most accurate information, people could put the pieces together by looking at the code anyway)
If a Pokemon successfully uses Metronome 26 times in a row while holding the Metronome item, that player wins the game immediately.

Little Colosseum

Little Colosseum is a little cup mod that focuses on making the weaker Pokémon from Gen 9 Little Cup stronger and more viable, while also adjusting uber Pokémon to give them a chance to shine. We try to do this by giving them new typings, abilities, and adjusting their movesets, with the possibility of introducing fusion abilities. The goal of this mod is to show that all baby Pokémon can be usable while maintaining a balanced meta.
Resources

Pokemon only need to follow three rules in order to be eligible for.

All Pokemon need to be level 5.
The Pokemon must be able to evolve, but be in the lowest stage of evolution. For example Pichu is legal, but Pikachu is not.
All Pokemon must be attainable in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
