As we don't have many votes, I will wait until tomorrow to end the voting phase (and try to see if I can get more votes). Also, SLDR and daforestcave don't forget that you can vote for two submissions (even though you are free to only vote for one).
To add more votes, I'll vote myself. Here is mine:
:zeraora: and :tapu lele:

For next week you will have to find a good partner for one of most terrifying Hyper offence sweepers who comes directly from the UU tier, Galarian Moltres.

moltres-galar.gif

Moltres-Galar @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Berserk
EVs: 72 HP / 252 SpA / 184 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Agility
- Nasty Plot
- Fiery Wrath
- Hurricane

With a more than decent bulk, especially on the special side, two good boosting moves in Nasty Plot and Agility, and an ability that further reinforces its boosting capacities, Moltres Galar is a threat able to score multiple kills in a game or even attempt a sweep. Heavy-Duty Boots is a nice item to avoid coming on Rock’s damage, as you want to be healthy to try setting up both an Agility and a Nasty Plot. In some Screens teams, Weakness Policy is used over Boots to make it even scarier. Fiery Wrath is an amazing STAB move with a decent power and a nice 20% flinching chance, while Hurricane is a more powerful but also less reliable STAB, used mainly to hit Dark resistances like Tapu Fini or Weavile. Even if Galarian Moltres is not OU by usage, it’s definitively not a Pokemon you want to underestimate, especially when it has the right support. Speaking of that, who do you think are the best partners to help this berserker bird?

Submission phase will end on next Friday, good luck!

Very easy and boring, screens koko

:Sm/tapu koko:
Tapu Koko @ Light Clay
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Taunt

- U-turn
Very easy concept, koko sets screens for moltres to setup on. Moltres is quite bulky, but realistically needs two turns of setup to win against the more prevalent archetypes, which can be pretty hard to achieve without screen support. Koko provides not only the coveted screens, but also a fast taunt to shut down status or (p)hazing, and U-turn for momentum against ground and grass types. Moltres also fits well on screens ho due to its ability to abuse specs Dragapult's shadow ball, which is a real pain for those builds, while still providing a reliable answer to strong a priority user in rillaboom.

Very easy submission, but Koko is the mon that typically enables moltres to fulfill its main niche in the tier, so "technically" it's his favourite teammate.

Banned deucer.
Kartana

:ss/kartana:
Kartana @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

- Leaf Blade
- Knock Off
- Sacred Sword

- Smart Strike

Kartana is a great teampartner, as it can use Knock Off to remove items for Galar Moltres later on in the game. Kartana can also threaten Pokemon such as Tapu Fini, Tapu Lele, and Blissey and helps against Weavile with its STAB moves or Sacred Sword. Removing items beforehand is great for Galar Moltres, as Leftovers and Heavy-Duty Boots being removed is greatly appreciated and Kartana can weaken a lot of common Pokemon for Galar Moltres.

Galar Moltres can setup on Pokemon like Dragapult and on choice-locked Pokemon such as Tapu Lele locked into its Psychic-type STAB moves. Galar Moltres can also help Kartana breaking through Corviknight and other physical walls such as Tangrowth and Buzzwole with its Hurricane.

Together they forme a great core and Galar Moltres is able to break past threats with more ease due to Kartanas ability to break and weaken common cores beforehand.

reserving blacephalon

:ss/blacephalon:

Blacephalon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

- Shadow Ball
- Flamethrower
- Overheat
- Trick

I decided to list specs Blace here specifically as a partner for agillity Moltres so that it can act as an early game wallbreaker to help facilitate a Moltres sweep late game. Blacephalon pairs nicely with Galarian Moltres because it helps pressure several roadblocks to Moltres cleaning up. For example, builds that rely on Weavile as the primary counterplay to ghosts do not appreciate it being weakened with the opponent's Moltres in the back threatening to clean up. Trick can cripple annoyances to Moltres such as Toxapex and Blissey, both of which may be tempted to switch in to scout specs Blace's attack for teammates. In addition moves that commonly target blace to revenge kill it can create easy setup opportunities for Moltres. These include specs pult's shadow ball/flame/spa dropped draco, choiced kart's knock off, scarf lele's psychic, lando's earthquake or knock off (lacking toxic only), to name a few.

For these reasons, I think these pokemon pair nicely to overload common specially defensive backbones that typically rely on glues like spdef landorus, melmetal, pex, bliss, + a ghost/dark resist, and help make a late game sweep possible for Moltres.

Our new Pokemon for OU Matchmaking is a fearsome wallbreaker (who even got submitted last week): Choice Specs Blacephalon.

blacephalon.gif

Blacephalon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Flamethrower
- Shadow Ball
- Overheat
- Trick

This Pokemon abuses the lack of good Ghost resists in the tier to spam its super strong STAB Shadow Ball. Flamethrower allows it to hit most Shadow Ball switch-ins and Overheat is an even stronger option that basically instantly nuke something. Lastly, Trick can be used to cripple defensive answers like Blissey and Toxapex. Having a great Speed tier and Beast Boost strengthening its SpA after each kill, Blacephalon can also be a deadly cleaner against slower teams. However, its pitiful bulk paired up with a Stealth Rock weakness means it will have trouble to come in on the field and may struggle against priority users. Who would you pair up with Choice Specs Blacephalon to make the best use of its insane kill power?

Submission phase will end on next Friday, good luck!

tornadus-t

:tornadus-therian:
Tornadus-Therian (M) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

- Hurricane
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Defog

Tornadus-T is a great partner to Blacephalon, as it offers a Ground-immunity and it can check Kartana, it can also go in on threats such as Tapu Fini, Toxapex and Clefable to remove their items with Knock Off and to help Blacephalon out with it in the later part of the game, as their items removed means Blacephalon can profit from either no recovery like Leftovers or Speed by Choice Scarf which helps Blacephalon to lategame clean.

Blacephalon in return can help against Steel-types as Flamethrower just picks up Pokemon like Magnezone, Melmetal, and Corviknight. Heatran can be a bit problematic but bit Leftovers removed due to Tornadus-Ts Knock Off and constantly chipping it Blacephalon has a great chance to go past it with Shadow Ball.

In overall these are two good partners and a great choice for teams, as Tornadus-T helps Blacephalon out for a later game breaking and Blacephalon is a very threatening Pokemon, due to Tornadus-T providing chips with Hurricane and Knock Off and it can make use of U-turn to get Blacephalon and its otehr teampartners in safely.

Hey, the submission phase is supposed to end up in ~24 hours, but I'll probably let it last a bit longer and I'll try to see if some people are interested in submiting (or see if I'll submit something myself) cause having only one submission is kinda sad.

:ss/slowbro:
Slowbro @ Colbur Berry

Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Relaxed Nature

IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Teleport

- Body Press
- Future Sight
- Slack Off

blacephalon is hella frail and thus has trouble switching in safely, so colbur bro acts as a slow pivot with its teleport+regenerator combo (remember when seemingly everyone thought it was broken? lol), while also helping blacephalon out against dark types thanks to colbur berry + body press to maul weavile and tyranitar, mainly, allowing blacephalon to safely click unresisted shadow balls. slowbro does stack weaknesses against faster ghost types and stuff like kartana, but hey you have 4 other team slots and slowbro offers very key support for blacephalon with slow pivoting, luring dark types and potentially future sight.

:ss/kartana:
Kartana @ Life Orb
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Knock Off
- Sacred Sword

Kartana and Blacephalon have excellent offensive synergy with each other. Kartana can deal with Tyranitar and Blissey, as well as Water-types that Blacephalon may not be able to break through on its own. In return, Blacephalon deals with many of Kartana's checks, such as Buzzwole, Tangrowth, or Skarmory.

Red Raven

I COULD BE BANNED!
:sm/tapu fini:
Tapu Fini @ Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 192 Def / 64 Spe
Bold Nature
- Taunt
- Moonblast
- Whirlpool
- Nature's Madness

Fini is a great partner for Blace. Not only does it resist the most annoying revenge killer in Urshifu, trapper Fini also gets rid of the three biggest thorns in Blacephalon's side, spdef Ferrothorn, spdef Pex and Blissey. You don't really want to trick Blissey because it's still gonna wall you and you most definitely not want Pex's black sludge. Ferro's lefties is okay but it is still a massive pain in the ass if it starts spamming spikes or leech seed. Fini solves all of this as those three are prime switch ins to it and when they see that Fini is lefties, they're probably gonna get comfy that they're not gonna get a scarf. Just click moonblast so that their confidence not to get tricked increases and you can easily trap them. Of course, you still need a way to deal with fast threats like Koko or Dragapult but you have four extra slots for that

:SS/Rotom-Wash:
Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Pain Split
- Will-O-Wisp
Rotom-W is a good partner for blaceph as it is able to sponge hits for it and pivot around with volt-switch and bring in blaceph safely on the field rotom is also able to defog away stealth rocks and other hazards which helps blaceph’s longevity.Blaceph also scares out common mons that annoy rotom like ferrothorn which rotom can easily pivot in blace on the ferro switchin with volt switch.
