Hello everybody I've read all the recent smog issues and I have not seen any article about this topic the, namely the enemy teams generation to generation.
Here's how the article would be presented:

Villainous Teams over the generations

Introduction

Over the generations and the pokemon countries, there are criminal organizations which form the core of the storyline of Pokémon games. There are six in the core series as of Generation VI: Team Rocket, found in Generation I, Generation II and the remakes of both generations; Team Aqua and Team Magma, found in the Generation III core games and their remakes; Team Galactic, found in the Generation IV core games; Team Plasma of the Generation V games; and finally Team Flare of the Generation VI games. Whatever their goals in their respective games, one thing they all have in common is that they plan on achieving their results through the misuse of Pokémon.

Team Rocket, the beginning

I - Story and Goal

Team Rocket is a villainous team in pursuit of evil and the exploitation of Pokémon. They are based in the Kanto and Johto regions, with a small outpost in the Sevii Islands.
While its main focus is stealing or capturing rare and strong Pokémon, and subsequently selling them, it also funds and conducts cruel experimental research on Pokémon. Their oath, as posted on the wall of one of their many bases, is "Steal Pokémon for profit. Exploit Pokémon for profit. All Pokémon exist for the glory of Team Rocket." Their ultimate goal is to take over the world using Pokémon.

In Pokémon Red and Blue and Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, the grunts are found throughout Kanto creating general disruption. They first appear in Mt. Moon, going after Fossils. One grunt is found at the end of the Nugget Bridge recruiting for Team Rocket, and another had stolen a TM from an elderly couple in Cerulean City. In Celadon City, the grunts operate a base under the Game Corner trafficking Pokémon all over the world, and they are also responsible for the murder of the mother Marowak in Pokémon Tower as part of a plan to steal Cubone and sell their skulls. They also appear when they take over the Silph Co. headquarters. After the player defeats them there, Giovanni disappears, later reappearing at his own Gym, and the grunts are not seen after this in the original games. However, in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, two grunts remain in an old man's house next to the restaurant in Celadon City; they will never leave, nor will they battle the player. Additionally, in Pokémon Yellow, both Jessie and James are from the Rocket Trainer class, and appear next to the regular grunts in Mt. Moon, the Game Corner and Silph Co.

In Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, grunts are also found on several of the Sevii Islands, even after Giovanni's defeat. On Knot Island, the player faces two in front of a cave which leads to the Ruby for the Pokémon Network Center. On Floe Island, the player helps Lorelei, who nearly defeated a grunt with her Lapras's Ice Beam while interrogating Team Rocket at Icefall Cave. On Fortune Island, there is a grunt in front of Altering Cave. On Chrono Island, the player finds a group of male and female grunts operating from a warehouse obtaining a large number of Pokémon, most of them rare, and trying to make a working prototype of the high-frequency sound wave machine which would influence evolution. After the player defeats the grunts and the two Admins, they will pull out, but not before telling the player that they will find Giovanni and restore Team Rocket. They have not been seen in the Sevii Islands since.

In the Generation II games and their remakes, three years after the events of the original games, Team Rocket, under the administration of the Executives, create havoc throughout Johto gaining profit and trying to communicate with their old leader, Giovanni. The grunts are first seen operating in the Slowpoke Well, led by Proton, cutting off Slowpoke's tails to sell. They also help their Executives take over the Goldenrod Radio Tower, as well as guard the Radio Director, who is hidden in the Goldenrod Tunnel. After defeating Archer, most grunts are gone for good. However, a lone grunt appears in Cerulean City later on, unaware of the disbanding of Team Rocket, who has stolen the Machine Part from the Kanto Power Plant. After he is defeated, he states that he will return to his home country and revive Team Rocket there. It is later revealed that when he returned home to Icirrus City, he fell in love and started a family, effectively abandoning the idea for a quiet and peaceful life with his wife and child. Team Rocket has not been seen since.

II - Team Rocket's Boss & Leaders

Giovanni

Giovanni was the head of Team Rocket, and served as the secretive Gym Leader of Viridian City's Gym, known officially as the Viridian Gym. He handed out the Earth Badge to Trainers who defeated him. As a Gym Leader, he specialized in Ground-type Pokémon, but his master plan includes collecting rare Pokémon of all types. He is the only character in the games to have the Trainer class Boss/Rocket Boss.

Team Rocket Executive Leaders

Archer, Ariana, Petrel and Proton form the Team Rocket Executive Leaders introduced in Pokémon Gold and Silver. However, they went unnamed until Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver.
1 - Archer

At first, Archer seems to make an appearance in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, as an unnamed male Team Rocket Admin in the Rocket Warehouse on Chrono Island. He is the leader of the Sevii Islands branch of Team Rocket, and accuses the player of spreading rumors that Team Rocket has disbanded, something he does not believe. When the player defeats him, he recognizes the Earth Badge and accepts that Giovanni has been defeated, finally disbanding Team Rocket, but he vows to find him and resurrect Team Rocket someday. The computer he was working on mentions the effect of radio waves on Pokémon evolution, foreshadowing Team Rocket's actions three years later.

Three years later, Archer is the interim head of Team Rocket during the absence of Giovanni. He leads the team in its takeover of the Goldenrod Radio Tower, aiming to locate his missing leader and bring him back to the team.

Just like other Executives, Archer received a major overhaul in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, where his identity was expanded on. In addition, his color scheme was noticeably switched, where he now wears white clothes on the topmost layer, as opposed to the traditional black outfit.

His pokemons:

2 - Ariana

At first, Ariana seems to appear in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen as an unnamed female Team Rocket Admin in the Rocket Warehouse on Chrono Island. After the player defeats her, she seems to understand their motivations for opposing Team Rocket and flips a switch to redirect the spin tiles nearby to give the player easier access back from the warehouse entrance.

Three years later, Ariana is the only female Rocket Executive in the reborn Team Rocket in Johto. She appears to be Archer's second-in-command, although upon first challenging the player, she calls herself the interim boss of Team Rocket in place of Giovanni. The player battles her twice, first in the Team Rocket HQ, in a Double Battle with a Grunt on her side and Lance on the player's side (in Generation II, the player battles her alone), and again in the Goldenrod Radio Tower, where she is the last challenge before Archer. When defeated in the Team Rocket HQ, she notes that the player is strong enough to become an Executive if they joined Team Rocket, and after being beaten in the Radio Tower admits that she admires the player's power.

Like the other Executives, Ariana was given a major makeover in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. Her identity was expanded on, her color scheme was noticeably changed, and her hair was restyled.

This will be the same syntax for the other teams (galactic, plasma & flare), description of the team and their goal + the description of specific members of the enemy team.
I also picked random pictures that could illustrate the way how the article illustrations would be.

This is a really long article, that's why I wouldn't post this idea before because I didn't really know if it was possible to make a unique article about it or to write several articles about the different teams.

There's an article currently in the workshop about Team Rocket specifically, and even though this covers all of the teams, it's still a bit too similar. So for now, I'll have to say no to this one.
