SPOILERS! Pokemon Sword & Shield Pre-Release SPOILERS - Check Post 2!

You realize Terrains aren't necessarly always in game right? :P
you realize I'm talking about the scenario where it works like an automatic camouflage, right? We don't know how it works yet.

I thought that was pretty obvious

if it works exclusively on terrains, as in misty terrain etc, I'm fine with it, even if I wish it got at least one other ability

Can I just say that GF's advertising this gen has been uncharacteristically dreadful?

"Hey, which new 'Mons are we going to reveal? The starter evos? The Fire and Ice Bugs? The badass elephant, the awesome pseudo, the absolute wrecking ball that is Galarian Darmanitan?" "How about the fugly snapping turtle, the walking cigarette lighter, Slurpuff for paedophiles and Charizard?" "PERFECT."

It is very convoluted but here is the list of the 144 removed moves on the move list.

Also the absolute train wreck of a 24h livestream that only showed Ponyta. I get wanting players to discover everything by themselves, and ORAS was disappointing because every mega was revealed beforehand, but there's a certain middle ground.

I like the recent promo trailer where it showcased Galarian Mr Mime, and Galarian Cofagrigius without naming or giving new info, whom to the general public are new mons. Causes a sense of mystery.

Hey guys, really random comment and I don't know if it's been said before, but you know how the starter have a theme for each gen? Well this time, I think it's entertainment, with music, sports, and movies (think James Bond). This has no purpose.

Also can't wait to spam Cinderace in every team I make yeet

So if I recall we cannot breed for hidden abilities anymore. And there are a lot of good egg moves for certain Pokemon. I assume that means you must choose between the hidden ability or egg move?

That's a really cool point. I think you are spot on.

If a Pokemon has Serious nature, and has consumed a Timid Mint, and then breeds holding an Everstone, I assume it would pass down Serious nature. But if it passed Timid, that would be amazing. Has anyone confirmed that a parent passes its actual nature and not the "effective" nature due to mint consumption?

Which ones would be the Gigantamax Pokemon? Looking for the Charizard and only the regular one comes up. I assume the base stats and whatnot are the same, but would still like info and whatnot on it.

And what is the difference between over world and non-overworld encounters? Looking for encounter locations and rates for the Gigantamax ones.
