SPOILERS! Pokemon Sword & Shield Pre-Release SPOILERS - Check Post 2!

Guys, I watched the spredsheet with the stats and I saw that Intelleon is 1 point faster than Cinderace and has more Sp.Atk than Atk has Cinderace.

I know that Cinderace isn't a bad Pokemon but What is the point to use Cinderace over Intelleon?

As you can see, I'm the big casual of the post.
it has completely different coverage and it’s physical which means it doesn’t get walled by special tanks

So it's King's Shield but drops Defense instead of Attack. Not bad.
Better than King's Shield in defending - it's also immune to all attacks too (according to desc.)
How is the special move of Intelleon?
Snipe ShotWaterSpecial80100%15Ignores the effects of opposing Pokemon's moves and Abilities that draw in moves.

Check the doc here to see what we know so far!

I can't see the doc, the proxy is blocking it.

Like the most of the images of the 1st post xDDDDD

Christ, the dude shows one picture of his female player character and the entire thread dissolves into endless bickering about whether it's less gay to play as a boy or a girl, with every slur you can imagine being thrown around.

Remind me why this is the site that he chose to dump onto, again...?
VPN + no avatars + anonymous posting, can't fuck up unless you literally post your name and address.

One of the leakers already got john wick'd by nintendo just because one of the photos accidentally included his discord avatar; which traced to his youtube channel and then his facebook from there.

Obstruct is giving me some flash backs about debates over king's shield..

Zamazenta shield range tiime! Remember, its Mild!

HP: 92-107
Atk: 120-136
Def: 131-147
SpA: 78-93
SpD: 145-160
Spe: 128-143

Holy shit Zamazenta is fucking bulky! I'm shocked it's only a bit slower! Oh yeah, 131 base Defense minimum with that ability good lord.

EDIT: fixed the attack stat
I think the 3 Max IVs are Atk, SpD and Spe.
I would imagine something like 100/120/145/82/145/128 for a 720 BST.
And 100/120/115/82/115/138 for the base form, 670 BST.

Anyway, it's at the same time incredibly bulky, very fast and pretty strong.
I'm wondering what they have done for Zacian, does it have huge Atk and low Sp Atk, or does it have two big attack stats and average defense stats ?

Cursola stat range (I'm doing these indivually because my internet is fucky lol). Also, its Brave

HP: 50-65
Atk: 91-106
Def: 47-63
SpA: 141-156
SpD: 118-133
Spe: 21-35

WTF at that SpA stat o_O
Looks like it could find a place in a trick room team, especially in Doubles.
To be honest, I'm glad it's not that bulky because when you Eviolite, I find it highly unlikely Cursola would be preferred over Corsola. Just look at Blissey or Dusknoir, all of them almost outclassed by their pre-evolution.
Also, its special defense isn't bad at all, but its attack stat is a waste.

As for Coalossal...
I had HIGH hopes for it because Fire/Rock is such a good offensive type. It could have a place in a Trick Room team, especially in doubles with something like Eruption, etc. Unless it gets some op ability like Huge Power, I don't see why anyone would use it. Good grief.

Ok but uh...if that's cursola's stats who's to say corsola didn't get it's defense and s.atk swapped. Would evolite corsola even be that great?

Granted if they weren't swapped and the defense just drops on evolution for some reason....we looking at a slightly less bulky dusclops with recover boiiis.

It's viabilty depends a lot on coverage and abilities. BoltBeam and Focus Blast would help it out tremendously.

Rocks turns many of these into KO's

Viability depends largely on Z-move execution, whether it gets Fire/Fighting/Ground coverage and Swords Dance. Band has the potential to be a great revenge killer though.

Grimmsnarl and Toxtricity have promising STAB and might be viable, although Grimmsnarl strikes me as too slow for that fairly mediocre bulk. Toxtricity's viability depends on coverage (mainly fire for Ferrothorn) and stats. It is an Electric type that is capable of breaking through bulky grasses so there certainly is some wallbreaking potential. Falinks could be viable as a potent wincon if you were to build around it. Obstagoon has potential with Belly Drum E-Speed/Sucker Punch. Copperejah seems good in Trick Room, although the playstyle is unreliable. Barraskewda might see niche use on rain for its coverage. Fossils and Galarian Stunfisk might have niches if they have recovery. Eiscue seems like a gimmick at most.

Hm, of course, it's still speculation, but I'd say that the only reason Cursola's physical bulk is so low is because it "breaks" out of its shell while Corsola doesn't. Also, some Pkm have one of their stats decreased when evolving. Electivire, for instance, is not as fast as its pre-evolution.
I really hope Corsola doesn't have its stats decreased and still has access to Regenerator and Recover.

As for Appletun, nice. If it has Thick Fat, grass finally has a Pkm that actually resists Fire--very useful in monotype!

Bolt Beam on a moth is highly unlikely lol. Giga Drain maybe.
