Its just fast enough to be an offensive threat while notably being outsped by max speed base 80 Pokemon. It has surprising coverage that is notably weak due to its lowish 77 base Atk. While it has Swift Swim its probably too weak to do anything with it, but it is there as an option.

Justification: An arguably better stat spread than Salamence while keeping Intimidate, where's the catch? Well your typing now sucks defensively and you lost Dragon Dance in favor of Bulk Up. It took me a lot of deliberating and random tweaks to get this to a point where I was satisfied, I kept bouncing back and forth between broken and not broken and I think it's fine now. Do keep in mind that what is likely forced Boots will make this thing way weaker than it initially may seem to be.

So it’s Sceptile a bit OP, inspired by complotists. hard coded to 1 HP if possible, wanted Nasty Plot but I have a doubt if it’d be broken. The ability may be too much but it’s weak to U-Turn so I guess it’s fine. Its moves are inspired by theories
Since the other posts responding to this have been a bit unproductive, I'll respond as well. I've seen quite a few people before try to give something Wonder Guard and an actual HP stat and it's never really worked. Shedinja itself is not a bad Pokemon despite what its untiered status may tell you. In a bunch of tiers where stall is viable, Shedinja has seen fringe viability and often even tournament success, and removing a major weakness of such an extreme Pokemon is going to make something drastically better. Chip damage is essential to beating Shedinja and giving it even the slight ability to take those on is doing just that.

Counterplay to Shedinja is limiting and reactive enough that this is a weakness it needs to have for competitive balance. I can't speak for this mod's council but wouldn't be surprised if this got vetoed for that reason. The defensive typing would probably need changed in addition to the HP being reduced to 1 and probably Sleep Powder + Salt Cure being removed. U-Turn weakness really is not as big as it may seem because the stall teams you'd run this on don't care about losing momentum and not very many Pokemon in this micrometa even learn the move.

Atk stat when combined with its unique ability, on top of a very expansive movepool and good offensive typing. However, it is set back by its poor bulk and initial speed, combined with common weaknesses.

The user's Sp. Atk stat is doubled. Basically a special version of Pure Power.

Flavor: A fiery core surrounded with a rocky exterior. There’s less holes, and no longer any teeth, with a fiery open mouth instead. The horns are also removed. This makes it resemble a different species due to these physical differences.
Role: A more offensive Drought supporter, with a faster speed and much higher offensive presence than Torkoal, on top of a fantastic signature move. It can also turn its weakness to Ground to an immunity, or cause Water type moves to hit it neutrally with Drought. However, the mediocre speed and poor special bulk holds it back.

The last slot is the coverage you want it to have. HJK, Fire Punch, Switcheroo, all serve for different purposes. Fire Punch is for Sapras, but defensive pokemon often fear to be choiced more.

It can also use Assault Vest sets. Little ATK EVs are needed to 60 base atk mon, with Huge Power. to have a bigger stat than a 110 base atk mon, so the rest can be distributed into Speed, HP or SPDef.

Competitive Role: Ground/Steel type alternative to Iron Treads and Excadrill that has some sweeping potential as well. Can run mixed sets as well as Physical sets, and is bulkier than normal Garchomp but initially slower. It can utilize Shift Gear to turn into a terrifying sweeper, but lacks an ability to go along with that power. It also somewhat lacks in immediate power, but makes up for it with an amazing profile of U-Turn, Close Combat, and a Reckless-boosted Head Smash along with keeping Spikes. Head Smash is a sort of risk vs reward option with Stone Edge, as it eats into Carchomp's longevity in exchange for stunning power.

Flavor / Explanation: Evolved from Cormel, Cormerust is a veteran of battle, having survived countless encounters with its thick iron-like skin having been corroded and rusted over the course of many battles. It can shoot an acidic liquid from the humps on its back.
Competitive Role: Bulky Steel with Rocks and Tspikes as well as the ability to cripple enemies with Corrosive Gas and Toxic. It has a pretty wide movepool to try to surprise opponents with moves like Acid Armor or Metal Burst. Its utility generally boils down to setting hazards and using Toxic, Clear Smog and Corrosive Gas. Like most Steels, it lacks reliable recovery, though Cormerust can try to stay somewhat healthy with Purify and especially Venom Sap. While both have their flaws, added longevity is always welcome. It can check Smoninja pretty well and can do decently into Soaperior thanks to Water Compaction handling its physical sets better. It fears the many ground types the format currently has, though.

When it's not on the job, Corvisleight will play tricks it considers harmless, such as causing avalanches and rock slides, though it will sometimes impress people with its tricks.
Competitive Role: Despite having the same stat spread and a shared typing, Corvisleight takes a different role than the pokemon it's based on. While it can still work as a bulky pivot with Defog, Flying/Dark makes its bulk look much less impressive as it has more weaknesses, fewer resistances and wants to use boots to avoid Stealth Rocks. As such, Corvisleight will draw from its bag of tricks to cripple opponents, using moves like Knock Off or Will-O-Wisp. Its annoyance abilities are made stronger by Prankster, allowing it to fire off a Wisp, Taunt or Roost before the opponent can prevent them and Parting Shot can make it incredibly hard to get a grasp on. Its Ghost and Psychic resistances are also relevant in the current meta and make it work nicely as a specially-oriented wall. Using this same specially defensive set, it can make great use of Bulk Up to become a win condition and even pair it with Agility and Power trip to become a dangerous sweeper. I think I've said enough to show that Corvisleight has many tools at its disposal. However, Corvisleight has its weaknesses. Namely, it's a Dark resistance that doesn't want to take a Knock Off, not to mention it can't even use its status moves against Dark types if using Prankster, they can even block its Defog. It's pretty much helpless against Dark types. Its bulk is also not impressive enough to shrug off strong neutral hits. Overall, it's an interesting bulky support option, but one that might not be the easiest to use to its full potential.

Pivoting is also neat for more defensive sets.

Flavor: Compared to their draconic cousins, Latiat and Lationge are much less grand, as rather than piercing through the clouds, they glide above them, going nearly undetected. Their colors are muted in appearance, their shape more rounded and less aerodynamic, and their personalities a lot more laid back. Telling the difference between them can be difficult at first glance (even for those who aren't colorblind)

(Their names are based on Latitude and Longitude. I think the original names were probably also based on this, which is near)

Role: Both are very high stated Normals. They come equipped with a unique combination of speed and bulk, as well as recovery and plenty of interesting status moves like Defog, Screens, Gravity, Tailwind, and more.

Their signature moves define their roles. Latiat can stonewall setup with its high natural bulk alongside Brume, while also carrying Latias' incredible utility moves in Healing Wish and a very defensively relevant Reflect Type.

Lationge can engage in scary setup of its own with Turbulence and Calm Mind, mostly held back by the very low base power and low PP of Turbulence itself. Turbulence can reasonably boost both SpAtk and Speed, but it will often need the other too badly to do a long setup sweep, or it will be stuck with a Choice item.

Role: Physically defensive Pokemon that can spread hazards and paralysis with Glare, or run a Coil set with Body Press and Gunk Shot. Earth Eater turns an otherwise fatal 4x weakness into an immunity, making use of its great defensive typing.

Flavor / Explanation:
Far North in the Sinnoh region, there was a Pokémon research lab on the outskirts of Snowpoint City. A myriad of scientists worked there, researching Pokemon with ties to meteorites, one of which was Metagross' evolutionary line. Around a year into research, a Minior grew out of control and destroyed the lab and it's inhabitants. While there were no supposed survivors, one of the Metagross went into deep hybernation and acquired it's Ice-typing as well as its name Metafrost. Once summer came around, Metafrost awoke from its slumber and was soon discovered by a local villager. Metafrost has a significantly lighter hue, almost snow white with tint of blue. It is completely engrossed in icicles and leaves trails of frost and snow as it walks.
Competitive Role:
Metafrost carves itself a niche as a wallbreaker with powerful STAB options like Blizzard and Freezing Glare. As an Ice-type it does wonders against the current Pokémon roster, beating opponents like Starizard, Smoninja, Sapras, Urthwyrm, and Arcamine. Additionally, with Snow Warning it has great synergy with Slush Rush Fweezing.

While it is unknown how Blasnoise came to be, it is belived that it is an evolution of Wartortle surrounded by Electric Terrain. Blasnoise has a big cannon sticking out of its shell, which produces all of its sound-move attacks. It is yellow in color with a white underbelly and shell.
Competitive Role:
Blasnoise is an extremely powerful wallbreaker with a great STAB combination and good coverage.

Flavor / Explanation:
Dreadnaw is seen burrowing in mountainous regions, creating a network of tunnels for hunting. It only appears above ground at midnight to prey on local Rattata and pretty much anything it can get it's claws on. Dreadnaw has distinct, pitch black claws that it uses burrowing and hunting. Dreadnaw has a long horn on it's head that it uses to aid in digging and spikes that appear across it's spine all the way down to the tail.
Competitive Role:
Dreadnaw is a potent wallbreaker and setup sweeper, which takes advantage of powerful STAB options like Crunch and Glaive Rush as well as a dangerous Hidden Ability in Tough Claws. Not much else to say about it, it has pretty nice move synergy with Swords Dance and Scale Shot. Additionally, it has access to utility like Stealth Rock, Taunt, and Dragon Tail but may seem suboptimal compared to it's more offensive movesets.

Competitive Role: A strong, bulky physical attacker with a relatively unique typing. With Intimidate it can switch into a lot of things and set up with Coil or spread status and pivot with U-Turn.
:Gyarados: cool mon. can be both a coiler and probably also a scarfer? neat typing and its well thought for this ground meta.
:beedrill: Not sure on what this accomplishes when this is worse Soaperior. Maybe make it have something over that?

While it doesn't have a pivoting move, Aurodactyl is more than able of keeping itself healthy and performing its role multiple times in a match, thanks to keeping Roost and having Heatproof as an Ability to remove one of its two weaknesses.

Justification: An arguably better stat spread than Salamence while keeping Intimidate, where's the catch? Well your typing now sucks defensively and you lost Dragon Dance in favor of Bulk Up. It took me a lot of deliberating and random tweaks to get this to a point where I was satisfied, I kept bouncing back and forth between broken and not broken and I think it's fine now. Do keep in mind that what is likely forced Boots will make this thing way weaker than it initially may seem to be.

Since the other posts responding to this have been a bit unproductive, I'll respond as well. I've seen quite a few people before try to give something Wonder Guard and an actual HP stat and it's never really worked. Shedinja itself is not a bad Pokemon despite what its untiered status may tell you. In a bunch of tiers where stall is viable, Shedinja has seen fringe viability and often even tournament success, and removing a major weakness of such an extreme Pokemon is going to make something drastically better. Chip damage is essential to beating Shedinja and giving it even the slight ability to take those on is doing just that.

Counterplay to Shedinja is limiting and reactive enough that this is a weakness it needs to have for competitive balance. I can't speak for this mod's council but wouldn't be surprised if this got vetoed for that reason. The defensive typing would probably need changed in addition to the HP being reduced to 1 and probably Sleep Powder + Salt Cure being removed. U-Turn weakness really is not as big as it may seem because the stall teams you'd run this on don't care about losing momentum and not very many Pokemon in this micrometa even learn the move.

:pinsir: Pingsir is... weird. Its definitely a good mon competitive-wise but idk, Multiscale Recover FImp are all going into different directions but they fit well here! i actually like this.
:salamence: Salaminte has 620 BST when it should have 600. I like the mon, but not its typing lol.

:ampharos: I like how this mon plays out as a mixed Contrary pokémon, basically doing what Lurantis did but not being a terrible mon.
:pidgeot: SD sets here look good, not a big fan of form changes but this one is nice.
:hatterene: Batterene is a super clever name. Not a big fan of Sound Speed but it isnt broken at all.

Atk stat when combined with its unique ability, on top of a very expansive movepool and good offensive typing. However, it is set back by its poor bulk and initial speed, combined with common weaknesses.

The user's Sp. Atk stat is doubled. Basically a special version of Pure Power.

The extra Ground typing gives it a unique niche, while the normally devastating Water weakness is made less deadly by Drought. However, the mediocre speed and poor special bulk holds it back.

Competitive Role: Offensive physical attacker, could work as a semi-trapper with Spirit Shackle. Hopefully a low attack and poor bulk is enough to balance the power and utility of Fire Lash and Spirit Shackle. Gets checked by Soaperior, Smoninja, and Arcamine, walled to some extent by Urthwyrm.
:snorlax: Saurlax is GREAT. Good defensive pure Dragon mons tend to be very nice and youve got it right.
:Orbeetle: Nice defensive presence. Both abilities are very useful and it has recovery.
:lopunny: If this didn't have Fire Lash and Spirit Shackle this would be very mid. I really like the trapping+lash combo here.

:sandaconda: I think you could remove Slack Off tbh and then buff SpD a little. Salt Cure with recovery and good bulk is kinda toxic but it's also not unbearable so it's fine anyways.
