Not necessarily. The debt backing up the market cap of bubble are important. Young markets usually grow the fastest (skyrocketing) due to relatively small amount of money causing large percentage growth.

Stocks which are propped up by printed money (quantitative easing) is definitely not a massive bubble waiting to be popped...
Be careful friend, I follow a handful of security experts, a concerning number of crypto currencies don't appear to have the assets backing them that they say they do. Ones like tether appear to be one default run from cratering.

i think i would have more faith in a "corrupt" government than I would have for an unregulated market. cryptocurrency has treated me well, too, but i don't think people understand how irrelevant crypto is for people who aren't themselves.

Bitcoin is also atrocious for the environment, it won't be a viable currency until we become a type 1 civilization, or develop fusion energy, or something where power consumption isn't an issue.

Looking forward to establishing a colony on Mercury and sending out self-replicating robotic nanomirrors to redirect sunlight like a dyson sphere directly to my house on Earth wherein I can harvest it all for mining the final bitcoin

Yes, it's tether that's unbacked. Not bitcoins. My current thesis is that the recent price increase was triggered by people fleeing from tether into bitcoins.

Wash trading to inflate volume happens in all markets. Manipulation in markets is a standard, not an exception.

True. That's a criticism of POW (proof of work) crypto. However, there are POS (proof of staking) crypto which doesn't require mining. I am optimistic that CryptoCurrency industries will continue to innovate.

Bitcoin is up 26% and gold is up 8% since my June 3rd post predicting financial recession. This is the clownworld finance, and uncorrelated deinflationary instruments is the only way to preserve your wealth. For the leftists, don't despair as that this is potentially an escape from the neoliberal hegemon.

Palatine Technologies had their "female Viagra" drug approved by the FDA today, and their stock has already p much doubled, which I'm happy about because I own it, but sad about because I was planning to buy a few hundred more shares after I sold my Microsoft stocks a few weeks ago but forgot :'(

Surprised to see this ticker mentioned here. Are you still holding all of it? Hope you made some money off it or perhaps it is an investment for you. They filed for an ATM offering amendment on Friday for up to $40mil so it was a short on Monday for me. Adam Feuerstein’s tweet didn’t help matters either.

I didn't sell on Friday, so now I'm definitely holding it until it goes back up haha. Not planning to keep it long term.

Darn then I wish I saw your post earlier to warn you but hopefully you get an opportunity to sell after the offering is closed. Good luck!
Maybe it'll go up enough to break even once vyleesi goes on the market in September. Oh well.
