This has already been touched on in the viability rankings, but that ranks them into ranks, instead of choosing the best. This is where I come in. I will choose the best. The real best. I don't really think there is a single best Pokemon in RU, as many of them play very different roles. The viability thread already lists the best Pokemon, those that are in the S Rank. You can probably discuss this in that thread if you really want to. This is also going to be pretty inaccurate since there are going to be people who don't play the tier voting in this, not every RU Pokemon is on the poll, and there are too many options on here to start. People will most likely just vote without discussing too. Locking, sorry!
