I've been running with this team for a while and so far it's been okay but I want it to be better than it is. So far it has peaked at ~1650 rating. I'm looking for replacements so my team can be more efficient. Major problems are talonflame and kangaskhan as far as sweeping my team goes. Stealth rock is a problem because of all the switching I like to do.

Sylveon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 92 HP / 252 Def / 164 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Protect
- Moonblast
- Draining Kiss
- Wish

Mostly a wish-passer. Brought out for choice scarfed dragons faster than hydreigon. Draining kiss to get some damage on it and recover after the first attack so I can hopefully survive to go for a Moonblast to take it out.

Jolteon @ Lum Berry
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Roar
- Thunder Wave

Usually used as a lead. Lum to counter sleep powder smeargles. Mostly brought out to slow down/paralyze the other team's sweepers. Obvious flaw with the ground type immunity so Excadrill can be a problem. This pokemon doubles as a fast special attacker if I need to get some damage on something.

Hydreigon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Dark Pulse
- U-turn
- Flamethrower
- Draco Meteor

Fast special sweeper and that's all there is to say. Stealth rock is a problem because of the constant damage when I switch it in and out.

Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 80 HP / 176 Def / 252 SDef
Bold Nature
- Giga Drain
- Synthesis
- Sleep Powder
- Sludge Bomb

Wall to sleep powder/toxic whatever I find is a threat. Synthesis to toxic stall if possible. Thick fat has has saved the day more than once but flying and psychic moves utterly destroy.

Malamar @ Leftovers
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Superpower
- Psycho Cut
- Night Slash
- Topsy-turvy

Physical sweeper helpful for when sticky web is up. Usually not fast enough to use topsy turvy before it gets slayed.

Gyarados(P)Sprite.png

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Waterfall

I've been cycling through physical sweepers that can learn earthquake to fill this last slot. Dragon tail is a plus for things like espeon that magic bounce roar.

Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it. The standard description length required is three to four lines, if you need more insight look on the detail part, check out the RMT Archive.

Your descriptions need to be improved to reach that standard. PM me your updated descriptions and I'll unlock this thread.
