I wanted to make my Ground VR after using it for quite a while:

I think S mons are all needed in Ground so basically those are the 6 that you usually want on a standard Ground team with basically choosing you Unaware + Water Absorb and a 6th member which usually is your Scarf user as I have seen that many poeople dislikes Scarf Great Tusk.
Iron Treads can be very useful as a hazard removal, it can provide pivotting with Volt Switch while being a helpful bulky mon and Fairy resist + Ice neutral with some people trying Scarf and AV on it rather than lefties. I think Scarf Tusk is great but I have seen people hating it altho it is very helpful for Dark, Dragon, Mirrors, Ghost and potentially it just does tons of damage to every slower mon than it.
Clodsire is basically just the goat with both Unaware or Water Absorb altho i prefer Unaware as i think Gastro+Clod is more solid than Quag+Clod.
The S- mons are still needed but i feel like the top 3 are the S mons altho those 6 could just be part of the S tier together. Ting-Lu can phaze opponents out as Ground is good at Hazard Stacking with Gastro and Quag fullfilling a solid defensive backbone along with Clodsire.
Sandy-Shocks is usually used as Scarf user and the only reason I would use it over other mons is its capacity destroy Corvi. Chomp has been used as Setter + Phazer in SV but in Mono i have saw offensive sets with both Scarf / Band or just LO. Palossand has the cool niche to block Spinners and can eventually help Gastro+Clod combo by handling some non Banded Water physical mons when at full HP.
Rest of the mons are pretty nichy, never used Mudsdale but i guess it could be annoying altho completely outclassed by Ting-Lu, Toedscruel could help vs Water and in the Mirror, while Spore is always helpful. Dugtrio could potentially be funny and lethal altho it's kinda hard to allow him to get kills, especially if you when revenge kill you could just have better options. Krooko can be a annoying setter with Taunt and eventually some people run the classical Moxie+Scarf set, while Hippo is fat as always and can still chip mons with Sandstorm + WW.
Pre SV i thought Ground could be very cool and after one month think it's one of the best typesin the current meta after the last week bans, Hazard stacking is just very strong and the sv meta + there are very fat mons and strong breakers
