Pre-pokebank OU - Bulky something or other... needs a name

Smeargle @ Focus Sash
Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly/Timid

Spore
Stealth Rock
Sticky Web
King's Shield

Pretty standard leading Smeargle. Lays down hazards and then gets the hell out. Or dies. Preferably the former. Having both sticky web and stealth rock lets me choose which one to put down, depending on the situation, with the possibility of getting both out in an optimal situation. King's shield can be used to help cover some traditional counters. Glaring weakness to taunt, but then again, that's par for the course for Smeargle.

Tyranitar @ Assault Vest
Sandstream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Sp.D
Careful

Stone Edge
Pursuit
Crunch
Fire Blast

Fairly standard assault vest setup, tanks special hits like the boss that Tyranitar always is. Fire Blast will kill Scizor after rocks (and most of the time, even without it) and do a sizable amount to Ferrothorn, 2HKOing with prediction.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 40 Def / 224 Spe
Impish

Protect
Substitute
Toxic
Earthquake

Another standard build. Compliment's Tyranitar's special bulk well.

Blastoise @ Blastoisinite
Torrent/Mega Launcher
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Sp.A
Modest

Scald
Ice Beam
Dark Pulse
Rapid Spin

Removes entry hazards, kills dragons (and just about everything else), and tanks hits like a champ. Just an all around good guy, what with being able to get rid of entry hazards to boot. Better yet, his moveset also allows him to cover plenty of threats to Tyranitar and Gliscor. Ice beam is in over Aura Sphere for coverage purposes. I'm lacking in both ice and fighting, but it feels like ice will do more for me.

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant

Dragon Dance
Dragon Claw
Thunderpunch
Earthquake

I was originally considering putting EQ on Tyranitar, and replacing it with Firepunch, but I felt the fire coverage was more needed on TTar, what with Scizor usually being more than happy to come in on him and wreak all kinds of havoc.
Working Multiscale around sandstream can be annoying, but since it only lasts 5 turns now, it's not as limiting as it used to be.

Clefable @ Red Card
Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Calm

Moonblast
Wish
Cosmic Power
Encore

This is where everything gets kind of silly (and really annoying). Hopefully in a way that works in my favour. This Clefable is kind of like a swiss army knife that does everything except cut. Against heavily boosted teams, Red Card allows her to act as a sacrificial lamb to end a problematic sweep. Outside of that, it's just generally annoying. Magic Guard, slightly higher HP, and neutral fairy typing allow her to be a decent cleric with Wish, hopefully helping to keep Dragonite's multiscale up when he needs it.
Cosmic Power allows Clefable to stay in play longer, and generally harass everything more. Encore adds to the annoying factor by acting as a poor-man's taunt, although its more specialized functions can allow for easier setup in some situations.
Clefable's mono-fairy typing and decent bulk, especially in combination with Cosmic Power, allow her to wall some things that TTar just can't. Above all, she's a massive speedbump.
Moonblast hurts things. Sometimes.

As far as counters and threats are concerned, I'm kind of paranoid about Azumarill. Dragonite has the tools to take it down, but it feels pretty risky. I'm aware that my best bet is to keep enough momentup up to make it difficult to switch in, but Azumarill will always prey on my mind.
Garchomp might be difficult to deal with. Blastoise and Dragonite have the raw power to deal with him, but he has the raw power to deal with them too. Clefable can come in on an Outrage or other dragon move, but her mediocre physical bulk means that he should have little difficulty doing her in on his own.

I'm running with the assumption that Blaziken and Mega Gengar will end up shortly moving to ubers, but even then, Tyranitar and Dragonite should have the ability to deal with both of them respectively, if not without difficulty.

Additionally, 4MSS feels like an annoying issue. Coverage is there, but it can sometimes feel like I never can get the right one when I need it.
