i think this could be better phrased to reflect how you're often just clicking this until you have a setup opportunity/fishing for burns physical attackers like Scizor and defensive Pokemon like Amoonguss
mention tang instead here with a burn and eases Primarina's matchup against the former. Draining Kiss lets Primarina restore some HP lost from Substitute and entry hazards

i think this is better mentioned with the following point vs amoon since tang can go physical, in which case prim will need to fish for burns. 236 Special Defense EVs and a Calm nature ensure its Substitute won't break at +1 from Amoonguss's Sludge Bomb. Primarina appreciates hazard removal from teammates like Rotom-H and Salamence, since it already has to lose HP from Substitute. Wallbreakers like Choice Band Krookodile
can prob opt for a more relevant mon and Keldeo
not the easiest to fit w prim, id go w a different fighting can remove Chansey for Primarina, while Nidoqueen and Moltres remove Grass-types like Amoonguss
a lot of this spotlight is about how prim can beat the fat grasses on its own, nidoq and molt are still alright partners but can likely just be cut for it. Entry hazard setters like Mew and Seismitoad help Primarina by weakening its checks like Tentacruel with Spikes and Stealth Rock, respectively
tenta isn't v relevant compared to the electrics that actually stop prim from getting the ball rolling, better to fit checks to those than just random hazard users
keep in mind this is already over the 1000 character limit, prob have to be more concise on how it can beat the grasses. points on appreciating hazard removal/setters are the most expendable too.
