Changes to the costs of certain things:
You may only claim a refund for a Pokemon if that Pokemon had a move as an egg move prior to B2W2 that became a level-up move in B2W2. That Pokemon will gain 2 MC if the move is now learned after level 25, and 3 MC if the move is learned at or before level 25.
When you claim a prize that involves a pokemon evolving, please re-post the entire pokemon (in Hide Tags) to make sure that you adjust abilities, stats, moves and types correctly. Thanks!
NYPC Data has been added for Event Moves your Pokemon can earn.
Referees: Post your reffing links in the Referee Training Grounds.
Battlers:
Whenever one of your battles completes, post a link up to it and claim your prizes in items and Pokemon here. They will be approved and you can add them. Make sure to include your Pokemon's Status in the post. The same rules for new Pokemon apply from the Registration Thread: All Moves up to Level 25 from Every Generation, 5 Egg Moves from any generation, and 5 BW TMs. Evolutions and Item Purchases do not need approval, however they must be posted here.
For each of your battles, all your Pokemon complete battles as they are intially entered. However you will obtain rewards from each battle, so when your second battle completes you can claim an additional Evolution, Move, and Dream Counter as well as Trainer Counters. Should you finish three concurrent battles with the same Pokemon in them and post them all up at once, you can claim an Evolution because your Pokemon gained Three Evolution Counters over the course of those three battles (assuming your Pokemon has Three Stages. You will need to apply a KO Counter to evolve if the Pokemon only has Two Stages.)
Here's an example (Totally not a fictitious claim ripped from my own claims):
Display Rules (taken from Battle Tower):
Moves:
Each of your starting Pokemon begins with every level-up move they learn from every generation up to Level 25. Veekun is the best repository for this information, just search for the Pokemon. For CAP specific information, go here. Then select three of their Egg Moves and three Fifth Generation TMs to round out their starting attack list. Mark your starting Pokemon and moves with an asterisk (*). Legendary Pokemon cannot be captured in the ASB.

Pokemon without Egg Moves and Move Selection: If your starting Pokemon has no Egg Moves to select from, you may select any 5 attacks from Move Tutors and Special Giveaways from any generation. If this Pokemon also does not have any Move Tutors or Special giveaways, you may select any 5 TM moves from any generation.
Pokemon without TMs and Move Selection: If your starting Pokemon does not have any TMs to choose from (e.g. cannot, not refuses to. [Magikarp, Beldum, Wynaut, etc.]), it can instead select up to 5 attacks from Move Tutors and Special Giveaways from any generation.
Pokemon without TMs or Egg Moves:
The Pokemon receives 2 MC for each Egg Move and 2MC for each TM it cannot access upon startup, nor replace with a Tutor Move. They may fill out their movepool with tutor moves, and will then have an MC amount leftover to be used.
Specifically this effects:
Caterpie: Learns Two Unique Tutors: 6MC + 10MC = 16 MC
Weedle: Learns One Unique Tutor: 8MC + 10MC = 18 MC
Wurmple: Learns Two Unique Tutors: 6MC + 10MC = 16 MC
Kricketot: Learns Five Unique Tutors: 0MC + 10MC = 10 MC
Burmy: Learns Three Unique Tutors: 4MC + 10MC = 14 MC
Combee: Learns Eight Unique Tutors: 0MC + 4MC = 4 MC
Scatterbug: Learns Two Unique Egg Moves: 6MC + 10 MC = 16 MC
Magikarp: Learns Five Unique Tutor/Event Moves: 0MC + 6 MC = 6 MC
Tynamo: Learns One Unique Tutor: 12MC + 10MC = 18 MC.
Beldum: Learns Five Unique Tutor/Event Moves: 0MC + 10 MC = 10 MC
Ditto, Unown, Wynaut, and Pokemon that never get access to TMs or Egg Moves at any point of their stage are not covered by this policy.
Prize Approval Team:
Compensation:
Approvers receive 1 UC for each post checked in the thread. Sufficiently large posts, such as conversions from an older generation of ASB or the purchase of multiple new Pokemon grant the approver 3 UC (Must Tag Head Approver in the post of said large post). Approvers are allowed to approve their own claims, so long as any unapproved post is approved at the same time. Such self-approval does not grant the approver UC.
For every ten claims that an approver approves in the same post, the approver may claim 5 extra UC as compensation for taking their time out to approve such a large number of claims at once.
If a claim is so poorly done that the approver has to make a claim for a user you may claim 3 UC for reviewing and fixing this claim. Note that this will be monitored by the Head Approver and should not be abused.
Nature Changes:
Any Pokemon may change its nature at the cost of 4 CC. You must post the Pokemon in question in its entirety to be approved.
Hidden Power Type Changes:
Any Pokemon may change the type of its Hidden Power for 2 MC.

Major Announcements
Changes to the costs of certain things:
Approver Policy Change:http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/3567197/
The following changes have been made to the system:
These changes are effective immediately.
- The +3 CC rule for Pokémon that already start fully evolved has been dropped.
- The cost of Nature Changes have been dropped from 7 CC to 4 CC.
- All moves that a Pokémon learns by methods other than level-up (except for Pledges) now cost 2 MC to learn.
Weakmons hotfix:Should have mentioned this but akela and I are doing approval quotas for Approvers with the help of user Elevator Music. Basically every month, EM looks over approvals and lets akela and I know what the approval stats for the month are. In order to become or remain an active approver, users must approve at least three claims other than their own each month. If they cannot reach this quota, then they will become an Inactive Approver.
If a user is an Inactive Approver, then they will still be able to approve claims but they will not be allowed to approve their own claims. Want to approve your own claims? Well, fill the quota and you will be able to at the end of the month!
Bank moves officially allowed!I am doing a hotfix on Tynamo and the weakmons (Limited TMs/No Eggs).
New Policy on Pokemon that do not get TMs or Egg Moves:
Magikarp: Learns Seven Unique Tutor/Event Moves: 0MC + 6 MC = 6 MC
Tynamo: Learns One Unique Tutor: 8MC + 10MC = 18 MC.
Beldum: Learns Five Unique Tutor/Event Moves: 0MC + 10MC = 10MC.
Now, in order to prevent a mass claim, how this hotfix works is that you start back from the base movepool, and add up your MC selections up until you hit the number indicated. If you've spent 8 MC on moves for Caterpie, you still get 11 MC to work with. If you've already built one of these Pokemon up beyond this... I commend you! The object here is to bring these Pokemon to parity once the trainer puts in the effort to battle with one and evolve it.
Ditto, Unown, Wynaut, and Pokemon that never get access to TMs or Egg Moves at any point of their stage are not covered by this hotfix.
Regarding Inkay Egg Moves, Veekun, & Gen V TutorsPokébank moves for Pokémon that could not get a move before Pokébank (e.g. Drill Run Escavalier, Wide Guard Honedge, Confide everything that was not available in XY before Pokébank's release) are officially being allowed from this point onwards, provided those moves are officially confirmed.
Merry Christmas ASB, although it is almost ending here.
Cheers!
Santa ClausIts_A_Random
Regarding Gen VI Pokémon that have less than five confirmed Egg MovesWhen claiming an Inkay, do not claim any of Calm Mind, Confide, Dark Pulse, Embargo, or Taunt as Egg Moves for Inkay. While they are indeed listed as Egg Moves on Veekun, I myself have confirmed that they are not Egg Moves, as posted here. It has not happened yet, but if you do, you will not be approved.
That is not to say you should not be trusting Veekun at all, given it is the main source for ASBers, but they are human & make mistakes after all. No other inaccuracies are on the site as far as I can tell, but yeah. Do not claim those Egg Moves for Inkay (I am surprised they have not got rid of them yet).
Also yes, Gen V Tutors cost 3 MC now, not 2 MC.
Briefly posting regarding Gen VI mons, that if it has less than five confirmed egg moves, claim as many as possible, then claim the rest as TM moves. e.g. If a mon only has three egg moves, claim the egg moves, then claim two extra TM moves, so you should have seven TM's
Fishedit: This has been reverted with the release of ORAS. If you're short oon 5 Egg Moves, then the rest are claimed from Tutors.
Regarding multiple claims:Old Freshmons update said:05/18/2013: Any Pokemon with less than 5 Egg Moves / BW Tutors (No Egg mons only) may add 2 Eggs / BW Tutors (No Egg mons only) to the Pokemon on their next Prize Claim. Any Pokemon with less than 5 BW TMs may add 2 BW TMs to the Pokemon on their next Prize Claim. If both is the case, do both. If one is the case, do one. This change initially came about to fix the problems with the weakness of freshmons - this update removes the gulf that now exists between old freshmons and new ones. Because of BW Tutors being released between old freshmons and today, this means that Genderless Pokemon may select 2 Tutors instead of 2 Level-up moves. To claim this prize, post the Pokemon as it currently exists for review, then your updates below.
Regarding refunds for B2W2 stuff:If your most recent prize claim has yet to be looked over by an approver and you wish to make a new claim, edit your new claim into the post your most recent claim is in, especially if your new claim is based on prizes in your most recent claim.
Thanks!

Here's an example (Totally not a fictitious claim ripped from my own claims):
Note: When you claim a prize, please mention what the species of the pokemon you are claiming a prize for is. It is terribly annoying to us approvers to read "Nick is getting Ice Beam with his MC," but not let us approvers know which pokemon is "Nick," as we do not know the nicknames of each of your pokemon. Please change all of our future posts to "Articuno (Nick) is getting Ice Beam with his MC." Thanks, Kaxtar!Trainer said:Claiming from here
