Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Because at some point I thought that it was a good idea to buy moves for my single most important mon "later", and it's gonna come back and haunt me.
Spending 12 UC on Belladonna the Kitsunoh's MC. The resulting 12MC are spent on Ominous Wind (Tutor), Hyper Beam (TM), Shadow Claw (TM), Retaliate (TM), Aerial Ace (TM) and Rock Smash (TM). Final: 0MC.
Faia the Infernape receives 4MC/1KOC > 5MC/1KOC.
The 1KOC goes into MC, and the resulting 6MC are spent on Iron Tail (Tutor), Hyper Beam (TM) and Hidden Power [Ice] (TM). Final: 0MC.
Maxim: You neglected to count your 1 CC from the flashmatch. Approved Ooraloo: That is a super confusing format. When making claims with that many matches please provide a summary of what each mon is earning. Please also provide subtotals of net CC/UC gained/expended. If you're claiming two Sneasel's I expect to see links supporting claims for both, not just one link and a statement of not claiming the previous one. Furthermore, as a matter of courtesy please indicate whether the move you're claiming costs 0, 1, or 2 MC, much easier to quickly identify that listing them by move subtype. Not approved for the moment because there's way too much room for error on both our ends. VM me when you've done as requested and I'll go over it for approval.Approved P2X7: Storing KOC is discouraged, they are intended to be allocated to a given category as soon as they are gained. Please consider going through and claiming the KOC as some form of counter. Approved. Frosty: Approved
@YellowAdminSilver: Approved Toon: You can claim correctly but can't count. Nice and easy claim to approve. zarator: I can't recall but I think we made it 2 CC to nature change? Double check and take back two if so. Approved. Exclaimer: Convention has egg moves listed before TM moves in new mon claims. Approved. Fort Colorcastle: Please make it explicit when you're buying new mons. Approved. FMD: Omanyte learns Horn Attack at level 34 and thus cannot get it as a fresh claim. Remove that and Approved.
3rd Badge!
I get 14 CC [2 Base + 5 [Stratagem] + (6+1) [Gardevoir + Her KO]] (Total CC: 68), 1x Dragon Fang as a Dragon Type Item for the badge, and 2x Heart Scale as my reward for having 3 badges.
Syclant gets 3 MC and 2 KO, converting the KO to MC, making 5 MC and stockpiling for a total of 5 MC.

A swordsman wields the blade with graceful precision, just as Erza uses her attacks with dangerous beauty. She walked in on one of Gray and Natsu’s brawls, and the resulting free-for-all wore on for half a day before Zheng can subdue her with a Pokeball. Unknowingly for her, that fight left a lasting impression on the two – they’re cautious almost to the point of fearful whenever in her company since then. Wendy and Charla looks up to her as a role model, though, and it was Erza who took care of them, even though she was newer to the family.
Chargestone Cave is the hallowed ground for all of Erza's ancestry, yet she decides that she will withhold her instincts to evolve for the sake of her family. Small but close-knit, everyone looks up to Erza as the big sister, even though her quirks with boys sometimes astonished the girls and make the shy ones (like Juvia and Wendy) blush. After a series of long, drawn out clashes with Mirajane, both of them seemed to have settled to a cordial relationship, mutually agreeing to avoid mentioning the past conflicts, opting instead to look after the girls together and knock the boys down a peg or two when they get too loud.
It wasn't until the strawberry cake event that Erza finally found the courage to overcome her fear. The truth was, she was scared of shouldering her responsibility being a full-grown Stratagem, relying more and more on the rest of the family despite the lads' deferment to her leadership and skills. Resolving to do whatever it takes to protect herself and those around her, she secretly learn how to manipulate the nature from Mirajane, and the two became very fast friends. Although, Mirajane seems to have picked up some of Erza's racy quirks as well...
Nature: Modest (+1 SpA, -1 Atk)
Type: Rock type: Rock STAB; Adds an additional level of Priority (+0 to +1, +3 to +4 etc.) on naturally occurring level-up, egg, tutor, or TM attacks that increase only defense, special defense, or prevent damage (Full list: Acid Armor, Amnesia, Barrier, Defense Curl, Detect, Fast Guard, Harden, Iron Defense, Light Screen, Protect, Reflect, Skull Bash, Stockpile, Wide Guard, Withdraw). Reduced damage from all special attacks by 2 BAP during Sandstorm, immune to Sandstorm damage. Ignores Arena restrictions on Rock attacks requiring an external rock source.

Ability 3: Mold Breaker (Unlocked)

Rias Gremory, "Princess of Crimson Ruin" - Tyrantrum (F)
Rias is born to a rare family - one in which both her parents were present to take care of her. Before her, they already had a son - who grew up, evolved, and went away to stake his own territory. Being the younger "princess", Rias enjoyed all the privileges - and hardships - that her life as a future empress has to offer, before a cataclysm caused the death of herself and her whole family millions of years before the time of humans.
Being resurrected by Zheng, she is given to and named by Tanner as her Trainer, who somehow also hold another Jaw Fossil that can't be revived - probably because the piece held remnants of both her parents. It is rumoured that Rias' brother walks the earth again this same era that she does, however Rias does not know where to find him.
Evolving into her grown form, Rias still continues the search for her brother. And then she met Issei, then a young Charmander who knew nothing much about the world except the fire in his belly.... Who is just one of her "peerage" of Pokemons, each with stories of their own. She decides that it is high time she declared herself King, and she readies herself for the challenges of her very own monarchy by training relentlessly.
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpAtk) - caring but stern
Type: Rock type: Rock STAB; Rias is fast on her mind to add an additional level of Priority on Protect. She also takes reduced damage from all special attacks by two (2) Base Attack Power during Sandstorm, and is immune to Sandstorm damage. Dragon type: Dragon STAB; -1 BAP on incoming neutral attacks Dragon itself would resist. Her powerful will allows Thrash or Outrage to be undisrupted by oncoming damage.
Abilities:
Ability 1: Strong Jaw
Type: Passive
Rias' thick fang and massive jaws give her incredibly powerful biting attacks, increasing the BAP of all biting attacks by three (3) BAP. Full List: Bite, Crunch, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Poison Fang, Thunder Fang.
Ability 2: Rock Head (Unlocked)

Born to a lineage of Aerodactyl, with lineages going back as far as time immemorial, Vali was one of the few exceptional case born with great potential. But only one of them. And so he struggled to rise far and above those before it, with the competitive spirit beyond what most would even comprehend. He would use every bit of strength at his disposal just to further his training, and to beat every strong opponent that not just stood in his way, but also those he actively seek out. Currently his long-term project involves resurrecting God to Its True Forme, and challenging it to combat.

Fenrir, "God-Devouring Wolf" - Rhydon (M)
Fenrir was a Rhyperior before being captured by Vali. Somehow during the fight a strange phenomenon occurred that forced Fenrir to devolve, which result in Vali's victory - though Fenrir is frank that Vali was already having the upper hand and his lost was already imminent by that time of the battle. So, he obediently followed Vali as a part of his team, or herd, or pack, or whatever humans call it these days. Smarter than most Rhyhorns, Fenrir knew very well that him being with Vali hinges on his ability to take on and defeat God, and he relishes that future almost as much as Vali does, to fulfil an ancient prophecy foretold during the last time he was a Rhyhorn.
Nature: Brave (+Atk, -15% Speed, -10% Evasion) - Full to brim with a lone wolf's pride
Type: Rock type: Rock STAB; Adds an additional level of Priority (+0 to +1, +3 to +4 etc.) on naturally occurring level-up, egg, tutor, or TM attacks that increase only defense, special defense, or prevent damage (Full list: Acid Armor, Amnesia, Barrier, Defense Curl, Detect, Quick Guard, Harden, Iron Defense, Light Screen, Reflect, Skull Bash, Stockpile, Wide Guard, Withdraw). Reduced damage from all special attacks by two (2) Base Attack Power during Sandstorm, immune to Sandstorm damage. Ignores Arena restrictions on Rock attacks requiring an external rock source.
Ground type: Ground STAB; immune to Sandstorm. Ignores Arena restrictions on Dig and Seismic Attacks for Arenas in which any land mass exists, Evasive Digging reduced from 6 per action Energy Cost to 5 per action.
Abilities:
Ability 1: Lightning Rod
Type: Passive
Fenrir naturally attracts electricity away from partners in double battles. When struck with an Electric-type attack, the energy is transferred into his body, increasing Special Attack (and adjust the natural stage) by one (1) stage, unless Fenrir happens to have a type immunity to Electric-type attacks. Oh the irony.
Ability 2: Rock Head
Type: Passive
Fenrir's ferocious constitution prevents him from taking recoil damage from moves such as Double-Edge, Flare Blitz, and Head Smash. This does not prevent recoil damage from Struggle.
Ability 3: Reckless (locked)
Type: Passive
Fenrir's innately aggressive nature lets him use all-out attacks with recoil more effectively. Recoil attacks have two (2) more Base Attack Power, and recoil percentage is unaffected. Jump Kick and High Jump Kick count as recoil moves.
Ghost STAB: immune to the effects of full trapping moves and the Arena Trap, Magnet Pull, and Shadow Tag abilities. Ghost types can switch out while affected by a partial trapping move, but they will be damaged every action by their effect. Poison STAB: immunity to Poison/Toxic status. Absorb Toxic Spikes on switch-in unless Flying-typed or using the ability Levitate. -- Accuracy when using Toxic, Poison Gas, or Poison Powder, hitting even during Dig, Fly, etc. Ignore Fog's accuracy reduction. Store Command. Store Command: For the next six (6) actions, this Pokemon's moves will have their poison / toxic effect chance double. Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None
Abilities:
Levitate: This Pokemon naturally floats above the earth when released or easily takes flight, evading the Ground moves Bulldoze, Earthquake, Fissure, and Magnitude. Earth Power will have three (3) less Base Attack Power. Dig and Dive can strike a Levitating Pokemon if their user is over Size Class 4, has Levitate, is 3.5m or larger, or is a Flying-type. Otherwise Dig and Dive will miss. Ground moves can still hit.
Error Fixes:
When Gible evolved into Gabite in my last claim, I forgot to claim Dual Chop, which Gabite learns as a Pre-26 Level Up move (learns it at level 24). I have fixed that with this claim.
Belladonna the Kitsunoh receives 3MC > 3MC.
2MC are spent on Payback (TM). Final: 1MC
Greed the Sableye receives 3MC/1KOC > 3MC/1KOC.
The 1KOC goes into MC, and the resulting 4MC are spent on Wonder Room (Tutor) and Telekinesis (TM). Final: 0MC.
Alina the Aurumoth receives 3MC/1KOC > 3MC/1KOC.
The 1KOC goes into MC, and the resulting 4MC are spent on Toxic (TM) and Water Pulse (Tutor). Final: 0MC.
Also, spending 4 of the aforementioned CC on a Porygon.
Momo - Porygon (-) Type: Normal Normal STAB; +1 BAP on attacks that match dominant arena type after 3 actions. Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.

Fairy: The consecutive move usage penalty for using damaging Fairy-type moves is reduced to two (2) from four (4).
Abilities: Thick Fat: This Pokemon has a great deal of extra fat or muscle that increases its resistance to extreme heat or extreme cold, reducing the type effectiveness of Fire- and Ice-typed attacks to the next level of resistance (2x weak becomes neutral, neutral becomes resistance, etc.)
Huge Power: This Pokemon has immense inner strength that grows with its development, raising its Attack and its Base Rank Total by one Rank for each evolution level (first of three stages = 1, first of two stages or second of three stages = 2, fully evolved = 3). If Skill Swapped, the swapped Pokemon's Attack and Base Rank Total is only raised by one Rank.
Sap Sipper (H): This Pokemon lives on a steady diet of plants and has developed defenses to every Grass-type attack. When attacked with a Grass-type move, damage and effects are negated and the Pokemon gains a one (1) stage boost to its Attack stage (adjusting the natural stage).

Umbreon [Penny] (F)
One day, Bianca came upon a Poke-theater troupe, performing Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. The role of Penny was being played by an Eevee. Bianca sat and watched the production, and when it was done, approached the cast to convey her sincerest congratulations on a great show. The main characters were all so thrilled that a human liked their show that they agreed to go with Bianca as their trainer.
Type: Dark
Dark STAB; ignores Attract and Confusion status entirely when using Dark-type damaging and non-damaging attacks.
Abilities: Synchronize / Inner Focus (Unlocked)
Pokemon with this ability mentally link their condition to an opposing Pokemon and when inflicted by the major status ailments Burn, Poison, or Paralysis, will share their status condition with the opponent. Pokemon will not be inflicted by status conditions to which they are immune by virtue of typing, ability, etc.
When an opponent attempts to flinch this Pokemon, it stands firm and continues its attack. If it has another ability that would be activated by flinching, that ability activates.

Shaymin [Trophy] (-)
When he came in second in the DYAE tournament, Mowtom was rewarded with a trophy. This Trophy, to be precise. He was amazed, both by his luck in becoming the first Shaymin owner in all of ASB and by the fact that despite not having chosen him, Trophy is extremely enthusiastic to be Mowtom's Pokemon. If a bit simple-minded.
Type: Grass
Grass STAB; immunity to Leech Seed, Worry Seed, and all "Powder" based attacks (Poisonpowder, Powder, Rage Powder, Sleep Powder, Spore, Stun Spore). Unable to have Petal Dance disrupted by oncoming damage. Ignores Arena restrictions on Grass attacks requiring an external grass source. Bloom Command.
Bloom Command: For the next six (6) actions, this Pokemon's "Grass," "Powder," and "Seed" status-moves will have fifteen (15) added points to their Base Accuracy (e.g. Grass Whistle goes from 55 Base Acc to 70 Base Acc). Type Exclusive commands can only be used by Pokemon that are naturally that type, and are still available if the Pokemon changes type.
Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None
Ability: Natural Cure
This Pokemon's body has the ability to heal itself of status afflictions over time, it goes into effect six (6) actions after being inflicted with a status. In switch battles, this Pokemon heals all status effects when switched out.
Trophy is a Shaymin, and when there is a Shaymin, a Gracidea is never far behind. When transformed, Trophy is one of the fastest Pokemon there is and has no qualms about relying on luck. Enthusiasm and simple-mindedness combine into a fierce dedication.
Type: Grass / Flying
Grass STAB; immunity to Leech Seed, Worry Seed, and all "Powder" based attacks (Poisonpowder, Powder, Rage Powder, Sleep Powder, Spore, Stun Spore). Will always hit foes with Dig (except other Flying types) and Dive. Cannot be hit by Dive unless the attacking Pokemon has a size class greater than four (4). Unaffected by Spikes or Toxic Spikes. when switching in. Able to hit Pokemon in the evasive stage of Bounce, Fly or Sky Drop with single target moves that hit Pokemon on the field regardless of position.

Epsilon [Genderless Metang]
Type: Steel | Psychic
Steel: Steel STAB; immune to Sandstorm damage, immune to Poison/Toxic status, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Spray, making them susceptible to Poison-type attacks and Poison/Toxic Status.
Psychic: Psychic STAB; can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.
Abilities: Clear Body | Light Metal [Hidden Ability Unlocked]
Clear Body: This Pokemon's body structure makes it immune to stat-lowering moves used by opponents. (e.g. Intimidate, Growl, Screech etc.)
Light Metal: Weak attacks much more effectively, adding +1 priority to all their attacks with 6 or less Base Attack Power (after other ability adjustments). Light Metal assumes the maximum possible hits from a multi-hit move for the purposes of priority (e.g. Double Kick gets priority as it reaches 6 BAP, Bullet Seed does not get priority as it reaches 15 BAP).

About: A Magikarp obtained after Matezoide decided to swap the brand new car for whatever was inside the mystery box. This in turn saved Daisy from becoming food to some millionaire's Sharpedos on the other side of the world, however, so it could have been worse. Daisy is more than ready to show her valor and prove to everyone that she is, indeed, more valuable than any car.
Now fully evolved after finally managing to cheese a victory as a Magikarp, Daisy remains as ditzy as ever, but her power grew thousands of times over, and she is always ready to use it!
Abilites:
Intimidate (Trigger):
The Pokemon with this ability moves extremely fast in slick, rainy conditions, doubling (x2) its Speed in the rain.
Moxie (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Passive):
This Pokemon gets psyched after it earns a KO on an opposing Pokemon, increasing its Attack (and adjust the natural stage) by one (1) stage. Mold Breaker (Mega Evolution, Passive):
Whenever this Pokemon attacks, it emits an invisible, blindingly quick pulse preceding the attack that disables the opponents natural abilities. (e.g. Levitators plummet towards the ground before Earthquake hits, etc.) Attacks are still redirected by Lightningrod/Storm Drain, but damage is dealt normally. Status-immunity abilities such as Limber will remove their relevant status at the start of the victim's next action.
Texas Cloverleaf: That's 55 UC and 44.3 UC for you. 13 MC on Medicham, still 1 MC on Gardevoir, 6 MC Bronzong, 13 MC Revenankh, 4 MC Lucario. Goes without saying all other mons have 0 MC. Otherwise, APPROVED. jayelt413: Looks good, APPROVED. Silver_Lucario42: You get 9 UC, not 8. Please put species beside your mons' nicknames at all times to ease eye strain. King Krab the Krabby has a Lucky Egg on, not Exp. Share, so you have to fix that and repost. Until then, NOT APPROVED. S0L1D G0LD: That's 34 CC for you. 1 MC on Conkeldurr/Aurumoth since you had it stockpiled. Camerupt has 2 MC since 1 is stockpiled and Egg moves now only cost 2. Fix, and APPROVED.
