Centiskorch has been great in SS PU lately, picking up a win in the semifinals of Smogon Champions League and putting in work in its PU World Cup games. Centiskorch is great at breaking past common defensive cores like Gigalith + Ferroseed. The Defense drop from Fire Lash makes it very easy to spam. Leech Life provides limited recovery and hits Pokemon like Uxie harder. Power Whip is good coverage for Jellicent and Quagsire. Knock Off makes it easier to wear down foes like Weezing and Regirock and hits Galarian Articuno. Flame Body can punish Pokemon like Togedemaru and Tsareena. Even with Leech Life and decent natural bulk, Centiskorch has limited opportunities to switch in, especially since it often cannot afford to lose its Heavy-Duty Boots. This makes pivots like Archeops and Wishiwashi, which can get it in safely on Pokemon like Ferroseed and Clefairy, valuable. Pokemon such as Aggron and Gigalith can answer common checks to Centiskorch like Galarian Articuno and Charizard and provide entry hazards. Audino is another nice partner that can keep Centiskorch healthy and appreciates it checking foes like Perrserker and Jellicent. Quagsire can similarly support Centiskorch by walling foes like Regirock and Archeops.

I don't really have any content changes but idt it really hits Centiskorch's lack of longevity which feels kinda notable, like when I think of Centiskorch I think good breaker dies fast
