Tournament PU: Gods Among Us - FINALS [Won by Haffling]

Hello and welcome to the PU: Gods Among Us tournament! Instead of another PU tournament in the same old format everyone knows, we've decided to spice things up a little.
The format will allow the Generation 8 PU Pokemon you know and love in addition to the freeing of several PUBL Pokemon. These are Araquanid, Espeon, Guzzlord, Scyther, and Virizion.
While this is the current unbanlist, we may change what Pokemon are allowed in future rounds (however this is unlikely). The reason for this is we want to see what a theoretical PU would look like with a few Pokemon freed, and if a metagame such as this could be more enjoyable and balanced than the current one we have. It should hopefully be a cool little experiment!
There will also be a $100 prize to the winner of the tournament as an additional incentive, courtesy of termi and I! Yay money!
Tour Specific Rules:
Standard Rules and Clauses:
- This is NOT a standard SS PU tournament. The specific format is SS PU + Araquanid + Espeon + Guzzlord + Scyther + Virizion.
- Best of three, single elimination.
- Matches are to be played on Pokémon Showdown or the SmogTours server.
- All matches are to be played in [Gen 8] NU.
- All replays are required.
This tournament does not count towards the 2022 PU Circuit.
- General tournament rules and regulations can be found here
- Species Clause: A player cannot have two Pokémon with the same Pokédex number on his team.
- Sleep Clause: You cannot inflict sleep upon more than one member of the opposing team.
- Evasion Clause: The moves Double Team and Minimize are banned.
- OHKO Clause: The moves Horn Drill, Guillotine, Sheer Cold, and Fissure are banned.
- Endless Battle Clause: Anything capable of intentionally creating an endless battle is banned.
The deadline for signups is October 9th! Post "in" to signup!
