Tough choice with a lot of good sets this week.....sub toxic with bulk up and choice band are real rad but my vote will go to j0gurt's toxic set! Seems more consistent since it allows chan to retain its role of spinning while crippling checks.

Victreebel! Thanks to its typing, movepool, access to Strength Sap, and high Special Attack, Victreebel is an incredibly threatening wallbreaker also able to check many threats, such as Gurdurr and Bellossom. Albeit uncommon, it can also successfully use a Sun sweeper set thanks to its access to Chlorophyll and aforementioned movepool. Good luck and have fun!

Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

As those on Discord know, I am a "Big Acid Spray Fan" but some may not know why. I like Acid Spray because of how amazing it is at breaking walls. Acid Spray in combination with a Z move allows Victreebel to beat special walls like Audino, AV Eelektross and AV Hitmonchan, as well as hitting stuff like Guzzlord for a ton of damage. Some people may want to run Modest on a set like this, but Timid's ability to outpace an offensive Hitmonchan is really necessary so you can beat it with the combination of Z move and Strength Sap. Overall, a really good set that I've had a ton of success with, especially in a post-Lilligant meta when some people forget they still need Grass checks.

After Swords Dance it has a nice damage output and Leaf Blade in general has a high crit ratio and therefore is a good move.
Poison Jab is Victreebels second strong STAB and has a chance to poison the enemy pkmn.
Sucker Punch can be used against weakened foes to have some mind games against them and it can help to pick up weakened foes easily especially when they're
locked into moves due to the use of choice items.
Grassium Z is here the prefered Z-Move as it is STAB and has a nice high base power to break through opposing pkmn well.
After a SD a Grassium Z Leaf Blade is even able to get past fatter teams / pkmn.

Victreebel @ Firium Z
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Solar Beam / Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Weather Ball
- Sunny Day

Z-Sunny Day gives good ol' Victreebel a +1 to Speed and then there's the doubled Speed it gets in the sun to outspeed the scarfers of the tier (Primeape, Manectric, Dodrio, etc). The Z-Sunny Day boost + Chlorophyll puts Victreebel's speed at 717! Easily beating all the scarfers of the tier and putting in work.

Victreebel @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Lonely Nature
- Power Whip
- Poison Jab
- Leaf Storm
- Strength Sap
Scarf Victreebel is able to outspeed everything from Lycanroc downwards, including but not limited to:
Lycanroc, Scarf Aurorus, Raichu-Alola, Dodrio, Simisear, Jynx, +2 Carracosta, etc. etc.

I originally ran this as a special attacker, but not only is physical necessary to reliable revenge a few sweepers like Jynx (and Pom-Pom after an admittedly hefty amount of chip), but Power Whip is also a far more spammable move than Leaf Storm and has the added benefit of suprising a few of Victreebel's typical SpDef checks like Eelektross, Hitmonchan and Audino.
252+ SpA Victreebel Leaf Storm vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Jynx: 204-240 (75.2 - 88.5%)
252+ SpA Victreebel Sludge Bomb vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Jynx: 141-166 (52 - 61.2%)
vs
252+ Atk Victreebel Poison Jab vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Jynx: 271-321 (100 - 118.4%)

252+ Atk Victreebel Power Whip vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Eelektross: 223-264 (59.6 - 70.5%)
252+ Atk Victreebel Power Whip vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Audino: 208-246 (50.8 - 60.1%)
252+ Atk Victreebel Poison Jab vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Oricorio-Pom-Pom: 163-193 (46.1 - 54.6%)
252+ Atk Victreebel Power Whip vs. 244 HP / 0 Def Hitmonchan: 226-267 (74.8 - 88.4%)

Leaf Storm is chosen as the third move to smack around things like Gurdurr and Aggron that might try and switch in on you after finding out you're physical. Strength Sap is a filler move so that Victreebel can have a secondary role of "Gurdurr Check" upon being Knocked Off, which is useful to have in a lot of matchups (though I'm sure Sleep Powder, Knock Off or Encore could be run instead).

252+ Atk Victreebel Power Whip vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Lycanroc: 524-618 (180 - 212.3%)
+2 252 Atk Lycanroc Accelerock vs. 0 HP / 0- Def Victreebel: 190-225 (63.1 - 74.7%)

252+ Atk Victreebel Power Whip vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Aurorus: 486-572 (125.5 - 147.8%)
252+ Atk Victreebel Power Whip vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Raichu-Alola: 319-376 (122.2 - 144%)
252+ Atk Victreebel Poison Jab vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Dodrio: 166-196 (63.6 - 75%)
252+ Atk Victreebel Poison Jab vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Simisear: 180-213 (61.8 - 73.1%)
252+ Atk Victreebel Poison Jab vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Jynx: 271-321 (100 - 118.4%)
252+ Atk Victreebel Power Whip vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Solid Rock Carracosta: 435-516 (150.5 - 178.5%)
+2 252+ Atk Carracosta Aqua Jet vs. 0 HP / 0- Def Victreebel: 100-118 (33.2 - 39.2%)

cb victreebel isnt seen a lot and i feel like it should get more attention. when in the sun it gets just shy of 480 speed, which outspeeds most of the tier (besides scarfers of course) and also can do heavy damage to mons expecting specially offensive victreebel

Actually didn't do specs, but did do this:

Victreebel @ Black Sludge
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Acid Spray / Giga Drain
- Encore / Sleep Powder / Stun Spore
- Knock Off
- Synthesis

Bell has a decent defensive typing, allowing it to come in on the majority of the tier's fighting types, such as Gurdurr, and annoy Eviolite users w/ Knock Off. Another cool thing is bell's access to Encore, giving it's teammates a potential opening to settup. If no, the spores/powders work just fine, and Giga Drain/Acid Spray are interchangable, but I personally prefer Acid Spray to soften things up.

Z-Sleep Powder Victreebel

Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Strength Sap
- Sludge Bomb
- Energy Ball
- Sleep Powder

General idea
This set somehow compresses the defensive and the offensive ones, although the lack of Life Orb is quite big.
What really makes this possible is the versatility of Grassium Z because you can choose one of these options:
* Sleep Powder (if we need that +1 Spe; 75% accuracy is lame but the effect gives us free turns). That +1 Spe rectifies the middling Spe even without Chlorophyll active and having -at least- a free turn is always good.
* Strength Sap (if we need that +1 Def boost for attrition wars).
* Energy Ball (to have a Grass nuke without the drops provided by Leaf Storm, which forces us to switch-out and to lose all the boosts).
Energy Ball + Sludge Bomb is the dual STAB combination to keep pressuring the opponent.
You don't have to waste your Z-move immediately, but you have to wait until you understand what you really need.

Teammates support
Steel-type pokemons needs to go because they resist or they are immune to both of Victreebel STABs unless they are already weakened.

This set is great in luring and killing special defensive threats like Audino, Eelektross or Hitmonchan after they saw you using Leaf Storm.
It's not very much but if you pair that with something like Aurorus you'll have a nice breaking core!

0 Atk Victreebel Bloom Doom (190 BP) vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Audino: 238-282 (58.1 - 68.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Victreebel Leaf Storm vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Audino: 154-183 (37.6 - 44.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
The combination of Leaf Storm and Z-Power Whip is a guaranteed OHKO after Rocks.

0 Atk Victreebel Bloom Doom (190 BP) vs. 244 HP / 0 Def Hitmonchan: 259-306 (85.7 - 101.3%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO
Here you don't need a lot of chip at all!

252+ SpA Victreebel Leaf Storm vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Assault Vest Eelektross: 156-184 (41.7 - 49.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
0 Atk Victreebel Bloom Doom (190 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Eelektross: 256-303 (68.4 - 81%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Same procedure as with Audino: Lure it in with Leaf Storm, let your opponent think you are special, and bop them with a Z-Power Whip!

This Victreebel set aims to lure in threats that resist its dual STAB combination, mainly Articuno and Alolan Sandslash with a strong 100 BP Fire-type Natural Gift. This allows it to spam its STAB moves way easier later in the game but it also allows it to free the way for a partner, such as Bellossom, to clean. Swords Dance is an option over Strength Sap as it allows it to OHKO Articuno without needing Rocks to be up.
