PU Speed Tiers

Note: this list will only include Pokemon in C+ rank and above in the PU viability rankings. The reasoning for this is that including every viable Pokemon in PU on the list gets a bit cluttered, and given the rarity of Pokemon below this rank, when you do need to know the Speed of one of them it is not difficult to figure it out through other means. I will keep this updated as we update the viability rankings.

I really like this, gj! Just a suggestion, but maybe bold/put stars by important speed tiers (kricketune/bouffalant/maybe throh/etc), mainly ones which people often speed creep!

Correct me if I'm wrong because CTRL + F doesn't work for some reason, but +2 Armaldo and Floatzel don't seem to be listed. :o

Add modest scarf hp fire servine, which hits 396 speed.
396 / Servine (Hidden Power Fire) / 83 / Neutral / 252 / +1

Just a small nitpick, but you have "Neutral" placed before the base speed ("70") for pokemon that hit 478, when it should be placed after.
478 / Lunatone, Poliwrath, Victreebel / Neutral / 70 / 252 / +2
change it to: 478 / Lunatone, Poliwrath, Victreebel / 70 / Neutral / 252 / +2

Scarf servine can do better than eviolite on certain teams. And just because eviolite is better doesn't mean scarf shouldn't be listed. Max speed luxray is generally a better option over luxray with no speed investment, but 0 speed EV luxray is still listed. Scarf rotom-f is generally the best set, but non scarf rotom-f is listed. It's still useful to know what speed servine hits with a scarf because scarf servine is a set that is run on some teams.

Servine needs its coverage and utility moves to be effective (Hidden Power, Taunt, etc), a Choice Scarf gets rid of that. Rotom-F has multiple good sets, Choice Scarf is just the best one. Servine only has one viable item. Also just because a questionable one is listed doesn't mean we need to add more questionable ones. 0 Speed Luxray should probably just be removed as it is bad, with 56 Speed Luxray added because bulky sets should run that amount of Speed.

Well, actually a scarf can be relevant because it can catch some pokes like Frogadier, Sneasel, Chatot or Rotom F that usually can revenge Servine, totally off guard and what the initial Leaf Storm couldn’t do the next one would be finishing it... It can also be used to get boosts by easily revenging +2 Carracosta expecting to break Servine with Stone Edge... Of course... Such a set would need more support and some other things gone, but I personally think that it is viable...

That it catches them off guard is almost proof that it's not relevant. ._. You could give all Pokemon a Choice Scarf and surprise some people but that doesn't mean it's good. If you can show some good replays than okay, but I'm not convinced.

Add whirlipede at +3
530 / Whirlipede / 47 / +Spe / 252 / +3
Whirlipede can follow this sequence: protect, live with sash, protect, to get to +3
The +2 whirlipede benchmark might not even be relevant, seeing as it can always get to +3, but I'm not sure

Naive 252 Spe Murkrow can be added. I think it speed ties with Timid 252 Spe Chatot (309 Speed) iirc.

This is missing scarf aurorus and scarf chatot (both timid and modest) as well as max adamant Klang at +0 and +2 (never actually used offensive but ik scorp and dundies do so seems legit)

add politoed to uninvested base 70s (scarftoed too imo tbh)

you could add modest 252 spe scarf floatzel (493) / adamant 252 spe scarf stoutland (388) / jolly 252 spe scarf stoutland (426)
