Welcome to the SS PU Summer Seasonal! Entering in this seasonal earns you points for an overall PU leaderboard and will go towards your chances to win the coveted PU Circuit Ribbon!

Point Distribution

Tour Specific Rules:

• This is a standard SS PU tournament.
• Best of three, double elimination.
• Matches are to be played on Pokémon Showdown.
• All matches are to be played in [Gen 8] PU. If a ban or unban to the tier occurs during a round, the change will take effect as of the following round.

Standard Rules and Clauses:

• General tournament rules and regulations can be found here
• Species Clause: A player cannot have two Pokémon with the same Pokédex number on his team.
• Sleep Clause: You cannot inflict sleep upon more than one member of the opposing team.
• Evasion Clause: The moves Double Team and Minimize are banned.
• OHKO Clause: The moves Horn Drill, Guillotine, Sheer Cold, and Fissure are banned.
• Endless Battle Clause: Anything capable of intentionally creating an endless battle is banned.

@edit (06/13 11:45 AM GMT-7): More has happened since what I wrote below and it's all just as confusing, see their wall.
I don't really mind what the decision is anyway so yeah this is just up to the TOs ofc.
I do wish my opponent responded sooner before the deadline so this could've been more easily avoided, but I understand being busy and all.
Maybe an extension could make it happen? They seem more active now.

@old: (06/12 10:32 PM GMT-7): Okay so... After my post from Friday (see above) my opponent started responding, but then kinda stopped as we were still scheduling and I haven't heard from them yet?
I don't really get it so I'll just leave it up to the TO I guess, maybe a cointoss? By the time I get up tomorrow (rn it's 10:32 PM) the round is basically already finished lol
So outside of a time extension this match isn't really happening sorry
