With so many Fighting-types in PU, Toxicroak stands out as one of the best, with its typing allowing it to beat traditional Fighting answers such as Aromatisse and Silvally-Fairy. Swords Dance Toxicroak can serve as a great sweeper or wallbreaker, with Dry Skin and its immunity to Toxic letting it set up on common Pokemon such as Vaporeon and non-Thunder Wave Regirock. However, even with its decent Speed and access to Sucker Punch, Toxicroak's low bulk leaves it easily revenge killed by Pokemon such as Charizard and Choice Scarf Earthquake Passimian. Therefore, Toxicroak shouldn't try setting up until these threats have been KOed or put in range of Sucker Punch, although other revenge killers such as Choice Scarf Mesprit and non-Colbur Berry Rotom can be easily OHKOed by +2 Sucker Punch. Knock Off over Sucker Punch lets Toxicroak better hit Pokemon such as Weezing, Palossand, and Jellicent that give it a lot of trouble, especially if the latter two are running Colbur Berry. Wallbreakers such as Guzzlord and Magmortar make for good teammates, as they can break through these threats for Toxicroak.

The PU meta is bursting with variety in its Fighting-types, and Toxicroak stands as one of the best. While this multitude of Fighting-types may appear to leave Toxicroak with lots of competition, it actually leads to many teams relying on Pokemon such as Aromatisse and Silvally-Fairy as their primary Fighting checks, only making Toxicroak better thanks to its secondary Poison typing this start is kinda phrased weird, don't need that much commentary on whole metagame can just go lots of fightings -> beats traditional answers prob. This type combination alongside Swords Dance allows Toxicroak to serve as a great setup sweeper or wallbreaker, while being able to set up on common Pokemon such as Vaporeon and non-Thunder Wave Regirock. However, even with its decent Speed and access to Sucker Punch, Toxicroak's low bulk leaves it easily revenge killed by Pokemon such as Charizard and Earthquake Choice Scarf Passimian. Therefore, Toxicroak shouldn't try setting up until these threats have been KOed or put in range of Sucker Punch mention some other targets sucker punch gets imo like mes, zard can play roost games and pass isn't too easy to get into sucker range . Furthermore, Toxicroak can be walled by various Pokemon such as Weezing and Colbur Berry Palossand even after a boost so it's good to have wallbreakers such as Guzzlord and Magmortar add smth on what croak does for them in return.

add when it is appropriate to run Knock Off somewhere, and when talking about knock could mention Colbur Jelly and Palo there. fit, could fit something on other waters like lanturn and arct annoyed by dry skin too imo, or how poison typing helps vs fat

Wallbreakers such as Guzzlord and Magmortar make for good teammates, (AC) as they can break through these threats for Toxicroak.
