lycan and kabu are both neat checks. lycan straight forces it out every time and kabu can 50/50 with spin on the mostly forced switch.
simi and aurorus are the two that don't let lass set up much more which is neat, tho i probs wouldve gone for stone edge over the chosen hp rock for cryo

252+ Atk Choice Band Aggron Heavy Slam (80 BP) vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Fairy: 402-474 (121 - 142.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

The best Silvally can do to Aggron is:
+2 252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Multi-Attack vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Aggron: 71-84 (25.2 - 29.8%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

Dugtrio-Alola @ Steelium Z
Ability: Tangling Hair
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Pursuit
- Sucker Punch

Maybe he's born a counter. Maybe it's Maybelline. Things might be a little different if that thing's stats were increased, but without boosts, Fairy-vally gets got. Dugtrio can come in on anything, and even hamper its ability to try and get a speed boost from Flame Charge thanks to it luscious locks, then proceed to smash it right up with a Corkscrew Crash

252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Multi-Attack vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Dugtrio-Alola: 90-106 (42.6 - 50.2%)
252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Flame Charge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Dugtrio-Alola: 134-158 (63.5 - 74.8%)

Quagsire @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
- Toxic
- Recover

Quagsire is one of Silvally's strongest counters the attack to attack, recover and burst with toxic besides avoiding silvally boosting with SD, it makes it very scary for this pokemon being the only option to throw u-turn and avoid quagsire

Calcs

252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Multi-Attack vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Quagsire: 96-114 (24.3 - 28.9%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftover recovery

4 Atk Quagsire Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Silvally-Fairy: 99-117 (29.9 - 35.3%) -- 19.8% chance to 3HKO

4 Atk Quagsire Waterfall vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Silvally-Fairy: 79-94 (23.8 - 28.3%) -- 96% chance to 4HKO

Metang @ Eviolite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 176 Atk / 80 Def
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Bullet Punch

Metang
is a counter to SD Silvally-Fairy as it can take on any hit due to its good bulk it provides. Metang can set Stealth Rocks infrnt of Fairyvally and
it can Meteor Mash into Bullet Punch Fairyvally and KO it due to that. Even when Fairyvally U-Turns out it'll take constantly chip from the Stealth Rocks
which Metang set on the field earlier.
Because of the good typing Metang offers it has a good matchup against Silvally-Fairy and offers itself as a counter as neutral Silvally-Fairy won't do too much against it
and Fairyvally on +2 due to the Swords Dance boost won't do too much to Metang either. Fairyvally has to be at +4 to do any reasonable damage with its coverage- and
boosting option in Flame Charge to be able to 2HKO Metang in the process.

Calcs:
176+ Atk Metang Meteor Mash vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Fairy: 218-258 (65.6 - 77.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
176+ Atk Metang Earthquake vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Fairy: 81-96 (24.3 - 28.9%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Stealth Rock
176+ Atk Metang Bullet Punch vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Fairy: 98-116 (29.5 - 34.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock

252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Multi-Attack vs. 252 HP / 80 Def Eviolite Metang: 36-43 (11.1 - 13.2%) -- possible 8HKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Flame Charge vs. 252 HP / 80 Def Eviolite Metang: 56-66 (17.2 - 20.3%) -- possible 5HKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Silvally-Fairy U-turn vs. 252 HP / 80 Def Eviolite Metang: 39-46 (12 - 14.1%) -- possible 7HKO after Stealth Rock

+2 252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Multi-Attack vs. 252 HP / 80 Def Eviolite Metang: 72-86 (22.2 - 26.5%) -- 93.7% chance to 4HKO after Stealth Rock
+2 252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Flame Charge vs. 252 HP / 80 Def Eviolite Metang: 110-130 (33.9 - 40.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock
+2 252 Atk Silvally-Fairy U-turn vs. 252 HP / 80 Def Eviolite Metang: 76-90 (23.4 - 27.7%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Stealth Rock

+4 252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Multi-Attack vs. 252 HP / 80 Def Eviolite Metang: 109-129 (33.6 - 39.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock
+4 252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Flame Charge vs. 252 HP / 80 Def Eviolite Metang: 162-192 (50 - 59.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
+4 252 Atk Silvally-Fairy U-turn vs. 252 HP / 80 Def Eviolite Metang: 113-134 (34.8 - 41.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock

Trubbish @ Eviolite
Ability: Sticky Hold
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Spikes
- Toxic Spikes / Drain Punch
- Gunk Shot
- Pain Split

Fun mon to be used in stalls and hard walls our victim. Uses FairyVally to set up hazards and can 2HKO Vally with gunk shot (LOL, IKR). Eviolite will stick with you thanks to the sticky hold. Drain punch can be used to punish plausable u-turn switches like a-slash. Pain split keeps the Trubbish healthy during the game, thanks to its massive base 50hp stat and can punish your oppo that way too.

The cute dmg:
252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Multi-Attack vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Trubbish: 38-45 (12.5 - 14.8%) -- possible 7HKO
+6
252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Multi-Attack vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Trubbish: 153-180 (50.3 - 59.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

The not-so cute dmg:
0 Atk Trubbish Gunk Shot vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Fairy: 156-186 (46.9 - 56%) -- 76.6% chance to 2HKO

Enjoy,

This kills silvally fairy, end of story :( ps. go for modest if u want a clean OHKO (but it lives a hit from silvally without problem)

Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 30 Atk
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Leech Seed
- Synthesis

Combined with Leech Seed, Giga Drain, and Synthesis Silvally Fairy will never win the 1v1 even with SD'ing on the Tangela switch in. Silvally's best bet damage wise while not dying is to set up to +6 (as it takes a ton from leech synth stall + giga drain damage) and U-turn out which max does 76%. Meaning Tangela always wins the 1v1 interaction

I'm actually very unsure if this is a counter or a check on account that sd u-turn is an option and rolls that are super in camel's favor overall but long game still can lose(but eats the team and a fair number of volt turners as whole :/)

252+ SpA Choice Specs Camerupt Overheat vs. 4 HP / 4 SpD Silvally-Fairy: 313-369 (94.2 - 111.1%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO

252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Multi-Attack vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Camerupt: 80-94 (28.4 - 33.4%) -- 0.1% chance to 3HKO

+2 252 Atk Silvally-Fairy U-turn vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Camerupt: 82-97 (29.1 - 34.5%) -- 7% chance to 3HKO[ /SPOILER]

I really want to say more about the mon, but it kind of clicks a fire move that makes sense when it makes sense

Volbeat AKA "BulkyBug"

Check
Volbeat (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- Encore
- Lunge / U-Turn
- Roost
- Seismic Toss / Toxic

BulkyBug, although has been the bane of existence for me and I have an absolute hatred for this devilish lightning bug; I have to admit has quite a niche being a solid check to offensive Silvally-Fairy. With Encore, you can lock Silvally into using Swords Dance or even a non-boosted Multi Attack or Flame Charge (refer to calcs), and begin to wear the dancing fairy down with either Seismic Toss or Toxic. (Personally I prefer Seismic Toss because it isn't Prankster-blocked or Poison-immune by the likes of Skuntank. Lunge is also a neat option that BulkyBug has because it allows Volbeat to have a 100% chance to lower the Attack stat of Silvally, or even an incoming mon. U-Turn is nice for initiative however.

The reason I'd list Volbeat as a check and not a counter is because Volbeat first needs to allow one move to go through from Silvally's side, in order for the Prankster Encore to go through. On top of that, you need to get the Encore play correctly on either Swords Dance or Multi Attack or Flame Charge and wear it down with Rocky Helmet and Tosses with Roost support (if there are no attack boosts). Also, because Silvally runs U-Turn, Volbeat doesn't necessarily "revenge kill" Silvally. It just simply keeps it on lockdown.

For those reasons, Volbeat would be considered a check to Silvally-Fairy. And easily quite a good one at that.

252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Multi-Attack vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Volbeat: 103-123 (30.8 - 36.8%) -- 68.2% chance to 3HKO (cannot kill even with a crit)
252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Flame Charge vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Volbeat: 78-92 (23.3 - 27.5%) -- 66.7% chance to 4HKO
+2 252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Multi-Attack vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Volbeat: 205-243 (61.3 - 72.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Carracosta @ Rockium Z
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naughty Nature / Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash
- Stone Edge
- Aqua Jet
- Hydro Pump / Hidden Power Grass / Liquidation

Carracosta is a strong check to SD Fariyvally as it can come in on an unboosted one with nothing to fear, set up Shell Smash and OHKO it most of the time with a +2 Stone Edge. You could always use the Z move if you don't want to risk a miss. It's only a check, as if Silvally SDs on the switch Carracosta still takes heavy damage from a +2 Multi Attack. If it Flame Charges on the switch it can boost up with Swords Dance as Carracosta Shell Smashes, and then potentially OHKO -1 Carracosta with a +2 Multi Attack. Unboosted Continental Crush into Aqua Jet will 2HKO Silvally as well.
TL;DR - Carracosta will win most of the time.

+2 252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Multi-Attack vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Carracosta: 186-219 (64.3 - 75.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252+ Atk Carracosta Stone Edge vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Fairy: 330-388 (99.3 - 116.8%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO
+2 252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Multi-Attack vs. -1 0 HP / 0 Def Carracosta: 277-327 (95.8 - 113.1%) -- 75% chance to OHKO
252+ Atk Carracosta Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Fairy: 297-349 (89.4 - 105.1%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO
252+ Atk Carracosta Aqua Jet vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Fairy: 67-79 (20.1 - 23.7%) -- guaranteed 5HKO

EVs: 252 HP / 216 Def / 40 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Gyro Ball
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Protect

Check. Ferroseed cannot come in on a Flame Charge at all so it must come in via free switch in. Once it does, it 2HKOs with Gyro Ball since Fairyvally requires at least 3 Flame Charges to take out Ferroseed.

252 Atk Silvally-Fairy Flame Charge vs. 252 HP / 216+ Def Eviolite Ferroseed: 96-116 (32.8 - 39.7%) -- 99.8% chance to 3HKO

0 Atk Ferroseed Gyro Ball (150 BP) vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Fairy: 194-230 (58.4 - 69.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
