Doubles [dou] av victini

Victini @ Assault Vest
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 192 HP / 60 SpA / 28 SpD / 228 Spe
Modest Nature
- Blue Flare
- Glaciate
- U-turn
- Incinerate / Psychic

We all know what the myths say about Victini bringing victory, but does it actually accomplish that in practice? Well, its Snake Draft results definitely say so! Victini has been a consistent pick in Doubles OU as of late, making great use of utility moves like Incinerate and Glaciate. The former roasts the pinch berries so common in DOU, whereas the latter provides valuable speed control. Victini’s typing is also very important for its role, letting it keep rising threats like Genesect, Tapu Bulu, and Kyurem-B in check. Victini has enough speed for -1 Deoxys-A, and the rest of its spread helps it tackle Landorus-T; it avoids the 2HKO from Earth Power and gets a 2HKO with Glaciate. Victini appreciates an ally that handles Incineroar, one of the most dominant Pokémon in the tier; Tapu Fini and Zygarde help in that regard. Mega Manectric is also a great teammate, offering support through Intimidate, Volt Switch, and a solid matchup against Water-types.

Set should be as follows:

Victini @ Assault Vest
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 192 HP / 60 SpA / 28 SpD / 228 Spe
Modest Nature
- Blue Flare
- Glaciate
- U-turn
- Incinerate / Psychic

U-turn is essential on all AV tini, so I don't even want it slashed with anything. The new spread fits much better for sets without Psychic, since they're more about support than attacking. With the above spread, Victini outruns Deo-A after hitting it with Glaciate (which only does 60ish%), 2HKOes 252/28 Lando-T with Glaciate, and avoids the 2HKO from 136+ Lando-T Earth Power.

You don't need to go into detail about what the spread does; that's not really important enough to take up so much of this short spotlight. It's also pretty misleading to say Victini's physical bulk is underwhelming (252+ Atk Choice Band Zygarde Thousand Arrows vs. 192 HP / 0 Def Victini: 302-356 (77.6 - 91.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO). Instead, talk about how Victini definitely needs something that can safely pivot in on Incineroar, one of the most common Pokemon in Doubles that doesn't care at all about what AV tini can do. A couple examples you can give would be Zygarde and Fini.

Mega Manectric is still a good teammate to mention, since its combination of Intimidate, Volt Switch, and solid matchup against Water-types synergizes really well.

Make those changes and I'll give this another look

That being said, (this sentence doesn't really relate to the previous one, if you want to use a different transitional phrase that's fine, just let me check it over first) Victini appreciates an ally that handles Incineroar, one of the most dominant Pokémon in the tier; (comma -> semicolon) Tapu Fini and Zygarde help on in that regard.
