Tapu Bulu has gained popularity as an anti-meta threat in 1v1, having uniquely great matchups versus a variety of the tier's biggest threats, such as Tapu Fini, Aromatisse, Regidrago, both Urshifus, and Zygarde. This set outspeeds Aggron and survives a Poison Jab from Urshifu thanks to the Grassy Seed. Dazzling Gleam allows Tapu Bulu to beat Urshifu-S, while Disable allows Tapu Bulu to outlast many threats that would otherwise threaten to 2HKO it, such as Aggron, Ferrothorn, and many Choice-locked Pokemon. Taunt allows Tapu Bulu to beat stall-oriented Zygarde sets and other Pokemon reliant on status moves, such as Galarian Corsola. Bulk Up and Taunt together allow Tapu Bulu to beat Zygarde reliably, preventing setup and eventually OHKOing Zygarde with a +3 Wood Hammer. To take on the 1v1 metagame, Tapu Bulu often is paired with Entei, Volcanion, Landorus-T, and Zygarde, as they cover common Fire-, Steel- and Poison-types that threaten Tapu Bulu.

Looks good, just some nitpicks.

• I'd switch to "Picked up popularity as an anti-meta threat" over "immensely powerful..." as Bulu isn't really a top tier or a powerful Pokemon but its just a great anti-meta one.
• This is written in the perspective of Bulu so instead of saying Pokemon that enjoy Grass typing, I'd just say "helps it cover the Fire and Steel types that Bulu struggle against, maybe Poison even (nihilego, venu) when talking about the ground types (Zyg/lando-t)

This set outspeeds Aggron and lives survives a Poison Jab from Urshifu-S (or did you mean -R?) thanks to the Grassy Seed. The leftover EVs are in Attack to hit as hard as possible. Dazzling Gleam allows Tapu Bulu to beat Urshifu-S, and with Wood Hammer, Tapu Bulu also beats Aromatisse. If you wish to drop Dazzling Gleam, run Disable. Disable allows Tapu Bulu to Dazzling Gleam is needed to beat Urshifu-S, but Disable lets Tapu Bulu outlast many threats that would otherwise threaten to 2HKO it, such as Aggron, Ferrothorn, (AC) and many Choice-locked Pokémon by disabling their hardest-hitting move. Pokemon. Taunt allows Tapu Bulu to beat stall-oriented Zygarde sets and other Pokemon (removed E accent) reliant on status moves, such as Corsola-G. Galarian Corsola. Bulk Up and Taunt together allow Tapu Bulu to beat Zygarde reliably, preventing setup and OHKOing Zygarde with a boosted +1 (I imagine?) Wood Hammer. To take on the 1v1 cover even more of the (I imagine?) metagame, Tapu Bulu often is paired with Entei, but it can go well with other (assuming Entei does cover these threats) Pokemon (removed E accent) that cover common Fire-, Steel- and Poison-types, like Volcanion, Landorus-T, (AC) and Zygarde as well.​
