Both fighters are on their last legs at the beginning of this round, yet Azumarill still finds time to steal Drapion's Expert Belt, giving it an edge when using Ground-type moves! Drapion, not really in any shape to retaliate, simply Chills and bides its time.
Then, it musters almost every last drop of its strength and creates a Sub doll to shield it from the incoming move! That doll would prove useful, as Azumarill breaks it in one swift hit when Digging its way out.
Poor Drapion is backed into a corner and can only retaliate with a desperate, albeit strong, Poison Sting that does indeed sting, but Azumarill ends it with a Bulldoze.
Drapion's not the only one backed into a corner, as Lou is forced to rely on their last Pokémon while none of Toon's are KO.
