First off, I posted this here, since I didn't know if it should go elsewhere. If so, I apologize.
Second, spelling may be weird. Using an iPad.
How ARE people getting competitve Pokémon in X and Y?
I've seen a good amount of Competetive Battlers, and I've noticed that there aren't that many 31/across Gen. 6 Pokémon out there, let alone shinies.
But I have seen shinies of last Generations, that I know are in no way legit, such as Rayquaza. So, my question is how are people getting Pokémon through Poke Bank, if it's so secure against cheating?
