Racism and war

Today marks the rememberance of the end of WOI. After 101 years, we still succeed in bringing war into the world. You would expect that we learned something about it, but no. We are still racist, hated towards others who aren't to our liking.

What do you think about this? Did you experience racism in any way?

We all experience racism and its effects in different ways. Racism isn't just a hatred towards others that aren't to our liking (that statement is actually borderline racist in of itself), it's a concept that affects all of us. Whether you're a beneficiary of the structures of racism and their lasting legacy or someone still being oppressed by it, it's important to, despite the ability to look at the world and say nothing has changed, recognize that we've made steps towards mitigating racism whether that be the Civil Rights Act in America or other movements around the world. Check your privilege, yo
