Raikou is a great setup sweeper thanks to Calm Mind alongside its decent Special Attack and great Speed stat that lets it outpace Pokemon like Choice Band Victini, Mega Gallade, and Gengar, helping out greatly in the Psychic- and Flying-type matchup by threatening Pokemon such as Jirachi, Latios, and Zapdos. However, Raikou gets outpaced by Mega Lopunny and Weavile, Choice Scarf users like Latios and Darmanitan, and Pokemon that get their Speed boosted in weather like Mega Swampert and Excadrill.

[SET COMMENTS]
Substitute is used against Pokemon Raikou forces out like Landorus and Choice Band Victini and defensive Pokemon such as Zapdos. Substitute also goes well with Pressure, as it allows Raikou to stall out low PP moves like Draco Meteor and Close Combat from Latios and Terrakion, respectively. Calm Mind allows it to turn into a dangerous sweeper to help with opposing special attackers such as Hydreigon and Mega Venusaur. Thunderbolt hits Pokemon like Skarmory and Slowbro. Shadow Ball targets Psychic-types like Mega Gallade, Latios, Choice Band Victini, and Golurk. Hidden Power Ice is an option over Shadow Ball to threaten Dragon- and Ground-types such as Garchomp, Dragonite, Landorus, and Gliscor. However, Shadow Ball is more useful over Hidden Power Ice due to other teammates being able to run it.

Raikou's teammates love it taking care of threatening Pokemon such as Celebi and Mega Gallade. Rotom-W is a great defensive wall that can hinder physical attackers like Dragonite, Mega Swampert, Tyranitar, and Terrakion with Will-O-Wisp, OHKO Ground-types like Mamoswine and Nidoking with Hydro Pump, and safely bring Raikou in with Volt Switch. Zapdos is a great wall that can take care of Steel-types such as Excadrill and Ferrothorn with Heat Wave and get rid of troublesome entry hazards with Defog. Magnezone can trap Steel-types like Ferrothorn and Excadrill with Hidden Power Fire. Mega Manectric can check physical attackers like Heracross and Dragonite thanks to Intimidate and use Volt Switch to gain momentum for the team. Furthermore, its coverage in Flamethrower, Signal Beam, and Hidden Power Ice helps with Pokemon like Magnezone, Celebi, and Landorus. Thundurus is a special attacker that can greatly help in the Ground-type matchup, using Hidden Power Ice and Grass Knot to take care of Pokemon like Garchomp, Gastrodon, and Mamoswine. Grass Knot is also useful to get rid of Swampert in the Water-type matchup, and Thundurus can use Prankster Thunder Wave to help slow down Pokemon that Raikou cannot outpace like Weavile and Choice Scarf Terrakion.

**Ground-types**: Gastrodon, Mamoswine, and Excadrill can use Earthquake to take care of Raikou, and if it is not running Hidden Power Ice, Garchomp and Gliscor can tank a +1 Shadow Ball and OHKO Raikou with Earthquake.

**Weather Sweepers**: Pokemon that get their Speed boosted in weather such as Mega Swampert, Kingdra, and Excadrill can tank a boosted attack from Raikou, outpace it, and take care of it with their STAB attacks.

**Faster Pokemon and Revenge Killers**: Faster Pokemon like Mega Lopunny and Choice Scarf users like Darmanitan, Terrakion, and Landorus-T outspeed Raikou and threaten it with their STAB attacks.

**Chansey**: Chansey can tank attacks from Raikou and wear it down with Seismic Toss.

**Knock Off**: Knock Off from faster Pokemon like Weavile, Tornadus-T, and Choice Scarf Drapion cripple Raikou due to it losing passive recovery from Leftovers.

**Priority**: Pokemon with strong priority attacks like Diggersby and Dragonite can tank a boosted attack from Raikou and 2HKO with Quick Attack and Extreme Speed, respectively.

While skimming through your analysis, I found it hard to read due to areas with very poor phrasing and misspelled moves and Pokemon names. Please take the time to review your writing and correct these mistakes. Tag me after you have done this, and I can QC your analysis.

[OVERVIEW]
* Thanks to its access to Calm Mind, it allows Raikou to be a setup sweeper and help greatly in the Psychic-, Dragon-, Fairy- and Flying-type matchup to threaten out Pokemon such as Victini, Latios, Mega Diancie, and Landorus-T. I think Landorus-T is a poor example here since it usually runs Choice Scarf. Raikou can only really threaten it with Hidden Power Ice, which doesn't have a dedicated moveslot on this set. Also, Raikou can only force out Choice Scarf Victini if it used V-create against something else the previous turn. If you meant Choice Band Victini, then please specify.
* However, Raikou has a poor Defense stat, which makes it be revenge killed by Dragonite's Extreme Speed and Diggerby's Quick Attack. Diggersby will only be pressed to click Quick Attack against Raikou in very specific situations. Raikou's typing doesn't make it weak to any priority moves and it has Substitute for Sucker Punch users like Bisharp, so I'm not entirely sure if priority users warrant a mention in the overview.

[SET COMMENTS]
* Raikou is an excellent setup sweeper for Electric that can help greatly in the Psychic- and Flying-type matchup. Does this need to be mentioned here again? You wrote pretty much the same thing in the overview.
* Calm Mind allows it to set up and become a dangerous sweeper against Psychic- and Flying-type teams as it can set up on Slowbro, Jirachi, Zapdos, and Skarmory and can sweep midgame after two Calm Mind. It can't set up on Skarmory if it has Whirlwind.
* Substitute can be used against Pokemon it forces out like Landorus and Victini. I would like to see some mention of its synergy with Pressure that allows Raikou to situationally stall low PP moves like Draco Meteor, Close Combat, and V-create. Also, say that it allows Raikou to safely setup on status users like Zapdos. Lastly, read the comment I made about Victini in the overview.
* Hidden Power Ice is an option over Shadow Ball to enable Raikou to threaten Dragon- and Flying-types such as Garchomp, Dragonite, Tornadus-T Landorus, and Gliscor. Why is Tornadus-T being mentioned here when Raikou has Thunderbolt? You can replace it with Landorus.
* 252 Speed EVs with a Timid nature allow it to outpace Mega Gallade, Mega Diancie, and Keldeo. Maroon told me that we no longer require EV spread explanations for Pokemon with maximum investment in offensive stats.

* Mega Manectric is a great Mega Evolution Pokemon for the team, as, with Intimidate, it can help with Mega Lopunny and Dragonite. It can also use Volt Switch to gain momentum for the team, use Flamethrower to help with Weavile and Durant, and use Hidden Power Ice to help with Garchomp and Dragonite if Raikou is running Shadow Ball. Electric can't really beat Normal teams due to their inability to break Chansey, so I feel there's little to no meaning in mentioning that Mega Manectric helps with Mega Lopunny. You can replace the example with almost any other physical attacker.
* Thundurus-T is a special attacker that can greatly help in the Ground-type matchup using Hidden Power Ice and Grass Knot to help Pokemon like Garchomp, Gastrodon, and Mamoswine. Grass Knot is also useful to get rid of Swampert in the Water-type matchup and use Prankster Thunder Wave to help slow down Pokemon that Raikou cannot outpace like Weavile and Mega Lopunny. Read above comment about Mega Lopunny. Also, you mention Prankster later on, so I assume you mean Thundurus and not Thundurus-T.

There was a lot to cover, so tag me after you've implemented my revisions and I can look over it once more before stamping.

I recommend trying to fix some more of your grammar mistakes before combining the bullet points.

[OVERVIEW]
* Thanks to its access to Calm Mind, it allows Raikou to be a setup sweeper and help greatly in the Psychic-, Dragon-, Fairy- and Flying-type matchups to by threatening out Pokemon such as Choice Band Victini, Latios, Mega Diancie, and Zapdos. Raikou isn't going to make Electric teams win against Dragon. I also don't think Fairy-types stand out enough to be included in the overview.

[SET COMMENTS]
* Substitute can be used against Pokemon it forces out like Landorus and Choice Band Victini and on status users such as Zapdos. Substitute also goes well with Pressure, allowing Raikou to stall out low PP moves like Diamond Storm, Draco Meteor, and Close Combat from Mega Diancie, Latios, and Terrakion. Mega Diancie has other moves to hit Raikou with, so Raikou will not be PP stalling Diamond Storm. I suggest keeping examples to choice-locked Pokemon with low PP moves.
* Shadow Ball targets Psychic-types is for the Psychic-type matchup as it can threaten Pokemon like Mega Gallade, Latios, and Victini with a boosted Shadow Ball.
* Hidden Power Ice is an option over Shadow Ball to enable Raikou to threaten Dragon- and Flying-types such as Garchomp, Dragonite, Landorus, and Gliscor. Add an explanation of why Shadow Ball is the first slashed move instead of Hidden Power Ice.

* Raikou's teammates love Raikou for setting up with Calm Mind and help greatly in the Fairy-, Psychic-, and Flying-type matchup. You've said this about three times now. I feel like you can just point out the important threats that Raikou can deal with.
* Rotom-W is a great defensive wall that can hinder physical attackers like Dragonite, Mega Swampert, and Terrakion. It can also use its Water STAB to OHKO Diggersby Mamoswine and Nidoking. More relevant example. Also mention that it offers slow pivot support.
* Magnezone is a great trapper with Air Balloon, as it enables it to take care of Excadrill with Hidden Power Fire. Magnezone is also very useful in the Fairy-type matchup as it can OHKO Mega Diancie with Flash Cannon and trap and take care of Klefki with Thunderbolt Hidden Power Fire. Doesn't Thunderbolt do more to Klefki? Also not sure if Klefki deserves a mention at all since Raikou uses it as setup bait.

Other Options
* Hidden Power Grass can be used over Shadow Ball or Hidden Power Ice to make Raikou able to OHKO Gastrodon and Swampert, but it is not worthwhile due to Shadow Ball helping greatly in the Psychic-type matchup while Hidden Power Ice help more with Garchomp, Landorus-T, and Gliscor. Without boosts, Raikou doesn't OHKO Swampert or Gastrodon with Hidden Power Grass. I honestly think you can just remove this.

Checks and Counters
**Ground-types**: Ground-types like Gastrodon, Mamoswine, and Excadrill can use Earthquake to take care of Raikou. If Raikou is not running Hidden Power Ice, Garchomp and Gliscor can tank a +1 Shadow Ball, get rid of Raikou's Substitute, and OHKO Raikou with Earthquake.

**Chansey**: Chansey can tank attacks from Raikou and wear it down with Seismic Toss. and PP Stall it out of Substitute. If it does get a 50/50 right, it can also cripple Raikou with Toxic. PP stall it out of Substitute..? I also don't see how the second sentence is relevant since Chansey is just going to be clicking Seismic Toss.

**Status**: If Raikou does not use Substitute on Pokemon that run Toxic like Gastrodon, Chansey, and Porygon2, it will greatly cripple Raikou for the rest of the game. Why wouldn't Raikou use Substitute on Porygon2? The other two examples don't need status to take care of Raikou. Feel like you can get rid of this.

Raikou is a great setup sweeper thanks to its decent Special Attack t and great Speed stat that lets it outpace Pokemon like Choice Band Victini, Mega Gallade, and Latios [I'd prefer a little bit of diversity in these examples, change one to Gengar. You mentioned Latios and Choice Band Victini in the CM examples also]. Thanks to Calm Mind, Raikou can be a great setup sweeper that helps greatly in the Psychic-, and Flying-type matchup by threatening out Pokemon such as Choice Band Victini, Latios, and Zapdos.[Keep these examples for special attackers IMO. Remove Victini and replace it with something like Jirachi or Slowbro.] However, Raikou gets outpaced by Mega Lopunny and Weavile, Choice Scarf users like Latios and Darmanitan, and Pokemon like Mega Swampert and Excadrill due to their Speed getting boosted in weather.

Calm Mind allows it to turn into a dangerous sweeper against Psychic- and Flying-type teams as it can set up on Slowbro, Jirachi, and Zapdos. However, Shadow Ball is more useful over Hidden Power Ice due to helping greatly in the Psychic-type matchup with threats such as Latios, Victini, and Mega Gallade. Rotom-W is a great defensive wall that can hinder physical attackers like Dragonite, Mega Swampert, Tyranitar, and Terrakion with Will-O-Wisp, use its Water STAB [Rotom-Wash isn't using Hidden Power, just say Hydro Pump :3] to OHKO Ground-types like Mamoswine and Nidoking, and use Volt Switch to safely bring Raikou in. Zapdos is a great wall that can take care of Steel-types such as Excadrill and Ferrothorn with Heat Wave and can get rid of troublesome entry hazards with Defog. Magnezone is a great trapper with Air Balloon, as it enables it to take care of Steel-types like Ferrothorn and Excadrill with Hidden Power Fire and it is also very useful in the Fairy-type matchup as it can OHKO Mega Diancie with Flash Cannon Fairy-types like Whimsicott and Mega Diancie. Mega Manectric is a great Mega Evolution for the team, as, can check physical attackers like Heracross and Dragonite thanks to with Intimidate, it can help with Heracross and Dragonite, and use Volt Switch to gain momentum for the team.(AP) ,(RC) Furthermore, its coverage in Flamethrower, Signal Beam, and Hidden Power Ice helps with Pokemon like Magnezone, Celebi, and Landorus. helps with Weavile and Durant, and use Hidden Power Ice to help with Garchomp and Dragonite if Raikou is running Shadow Ball. Thundurus is a special attacker that can greatly help in the Ground-type matchup using Hidden Power Ice and Grass Knot to take care of Pokemon like Garchomp, Gastrodon, and Mamoswine. Grass Knot is also useful to get rid of Swampert in the Water-type matchup and Thundurus can use Prankster Thunder Wave to help slow down Pokemon that Raikou cannot outpace like Weavile and Choice Scarf Terrakion.
