Balance Patch #2
Tera Blast is banned from Random Tandem!
Regieleki is unbanned from Random Tandem!
I am making the very original decision to ban Tera Blast from Random Tandem. Just like in OU, a poewrful coverage move of any type can uncompetitively turn matchups on its head, especially in a meta like Random Tandem where you don't have control over half of your team's sets.
However, this does not mean Tera Blast is gone forever. Just like with any banned element, it may show up on a Tandem. This just means it is no longer selectable in builder.
eleki is here too. we can now give the guy a tandem. whoopee.
Now, onto some individual balance changes. There are a lot, and they are much more drastic than the first patch now that what is good and bad is more clearly defined after extensive testing over the past few months.
