As stated in the OP, contact the hosts by PM in order to discuss act calls.

Anyway, Nuage contacted you on Tuesday, stating a preference for weekdays and not the weekend. You replied to them on Saturday, which is the weekend. That's too late to meaningfully schedule.

It's also better not to just shout a time at your opponent and expect them to be there.

Furthermore, the fact that you haven't tried to challenge this until late on Saturday gives little confidence in your ability to schedule and play in tournaments. You can't just start scheduling on Saturday every week; sometimes people are unavailable on the weekend.

truly a shocking discovery to thou art so fair and just for suggesting a time on saturday while refusing to elaborate
 
my opponent Medeia forgot to play match, i gave him another time, and he failed to respond or make it to that match, ggs.
