Rate my 6th Gen Team!

Nidoking @ Life Orb
Ability: Rivalry
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Fire Blast
One of my two special attackers, I know he's weird, but I like him, and he has great coverage. My concerns are that he's weak to ground like a lot of the rest of my team, and water, which is common. He's almost always good for a kill or two though, just look at his attacks! I like having him because I don't think everyone expects him to have moves like Ice Beam or TB or Fire Blast.

Tyranitar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Stream
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Ice Beam
- Earthquake
Tyranitar, a physical attacker/physical wall. He crumbles like a napkin to any fighting move, sadly, and that's usually what happens. Also, earthquake hits him like a sonovab... But he's bulky and with scarf I can usually smack an opposing pokemon pretty hard. I like ice beam on him to deal with dragons/fliers generally.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Softboiled
- Flamethrower
Probably my favorite on the team. Blissey is a monster, I hope you agree with me. She can be downright stupid sometimes, and has netted me up to 3 kills in a match before. I love her, and she does work. Sadly I couldn't get a chansey with natural cure :/ I hope that's not too serious of a disadvantage.

Metagross @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Atk / 160 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Meteor Mash
- Zen Headbutt
- Hammer Arm
- Pursuit
Another physical wall/physical attacker. Unfortunately zen headbutt is the only super-effective move I have against fighting. I'm weak to fighting, and like a lot of my other pokemon, metagross is also weak to ground. He's a tough one, though, and can cause problems for other teams.

Mamoswine @ Life Orb
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
Sort of a filler. Actually don't have this one in-game, but I need a stealth-rocker. My metagross and Ttar don't know it, and I didn't like Ferroseed on my team on showdown. He's my lead, but also a pokemon that I'm leaning towards swapping for another.

(shiny!)
Jolteon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 Def
Mild Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Shadow Ball
Funny story, yesterday was my birthday, and I was breeding Eevees. After hatching ONE egg, my second one is freakin' shiny!!! I've never caught a shiny before!! WOOO! I haven't evolved it into jolteon or anything yet, but I like jolteon as a sweeper, and special attacker in general. Sadly he can't get signal beam atm, though.

So, there you have it! My team. I have 5 of them irl/in game, but I've tested quite a bit for awhile on showdown, and this mix is what I've come to recently. Please and thank you to all who answer.

I have a couple of criticisms.

First and foremost, you need to have an idea for a team and its synergy. You shouldn't try to just mash pokemon together and hope they work. For example, Gastrodon is almost a complete counter to your entire team. It hits 5/6 pokemon for super-effective damage and takes super-effective damage from none. It will probably hit Blissey with Toxic, and without natural cure and no aromatherapy, Blissey will be unable to wall correctly. Not to say that Gastrodon is that popular, but this is an example.

I don't know how competitive you are trying to be but you should probably build a team around pokemon you like and go from there. For example, you have a shiny eevee, so maybe you should build it around that. Because it probably isn't bred through, and the chances of it having Hidden Power Ice are extremely low, you might have better luck going with Defensive Vaporeon, the IVs will matter a bit less than with a special sweeper, especially one with as limited a movepool as Jolteon.

To be frank, this team is not too great.

Nidoking should have Sheer Force, not rivalry. Rivalry has net power gain of zero. Furthermore, poison, which is Nidoking's other STAB, is buffed with the introduction of fairies being weak to it, so you should run Sludge Bomb or something. This gen, Nidoking got a 10 base stat buff to his attack, while not a whole lot, could mean physical could be the way to go.

ScarfTTAR should have pursuit, no exceptions. Anything that tries to switch out, ghosts, starmie, whatever, get hit with double power pursuit. Furthermore you already have 4 ice attacks on your team and TTAR's attack is much higher than his special attack.

Blissey should have one attack, probably S-Toss and then replace flamethrower with protect. However, your team is so offensive rather than stall based, that I think Bliss should be removed altogether.

Metagross is pretty cool, but Ghost and Dark hitting through steel really hurt it this gen. It doesn't make too much sense to give it leftovers and then 4 attacks. It won't be able to wall anything with so little recovery. You will have pursuit on TTAR, so I don't really see a place for Metagross.

Mamoswine is okay, but if it has stealth rock, then in general it will be your lead. If you want to get SR out at all, it should have a Focus Sash.

Again, Jolteon, it probably won't have HP Ice (and its lower in power, though stronger for anything not hacked probably). It really enjoys things to take out its counters, for example, a pokemon with a water or grass attack so it can hit any ground type that comes in on it (you don't have any water attacks, that's a little mindblowing in a bad way).

I highly suggest reading other RMTs and testing your team, say, at least 50 battles.
