Gen 8 Rate my very aggressive rain team for gen 8 OU

Hello guys I am very new in this competitive Pokémon hobby, I literally just started a week ago so please forgive me if some of my explanations on some of my mons aren't as detailed and low quality.

Tapu Lele @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psyshock
- Moonblast
- Thunder
- Focus Blast
(The main reason I out this guy here is because of that bleeping dragapult. In crunch time when my pelipper is koed and I don't have access to rain, it outspeeds everyone on my team. The only reason it's here is for the late game.)

Pelipper @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Weather Ball
- Hurricane
- U-turn
- Hydro Pump
(My lead Mon. I've been thinking about reducing the speed so that in a weather match my rain would go off first.)

Barraskewda @ Choice Band
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Liquidation
- Close Combat
- Flip Turn
- Crunch
(One of my main sweepers. If pelipper is the key that turns on the engine, this along with the other sweepers are the gas in the gas tank. Im really not sure about keeping flip turn on barraskewda, maybe I should put in an ice Fang for Dragons.)

Zapdos @ Life Orb
Ability: Static
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Weather Ball
- Hurricane
- Volt Switch
- Thunder
(I thought he would be good for a weather team. I picked thunder over Thunderbolt, it's got great damaging moves, I think all of them aside from volt switch do 100 plus damage, but I need to have rain enabled to have 100 accuracy instead of 70-75 percent-ish.

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Life Orb
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Surging Strikes
- Aqua Jet
- Close Combat
- Ice Punch
(I'll be honest guys I'm not even sure if I should have urshifu here, and maybe just swap in someone a little bit more bulky and act as a wall breaker. His main purpose here is basically like zapdos but as a physical attacker.)

Seismitoad
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
- Focus Blast
- Sludge Bomb
- Earth Power
- Weather Ball
(Can double damage fairies with sludge bomb and outspeeds them too with Swift swim.)

Guys let me know of some of the adjustments and changes I should make on my team. I've been facing a lot of bulky teams so I went this route and hyper offense is easier and straightforward for newcomers into the competitive scene.

This seems like a really good team to me, it's interesting, a generic rain team, not bad, you know? But the changes I would make are removing Urshifu and Seismitoad and adding Landorus-T and Ferrothorn. Ferrothorn is a decent creature that makes a nice core with Pelipper, and Landorus-T makes a core with Ferrothorn. You mentioned that dragapulting might be problematic for you; well, the core of Ferrothorn + Landorus-T this can help resolve some of that problem, while also making the team bulkier overall, you could also remove the Lele tapu and replace it with Ferrothorn, but I don't think that's very viable., I would change Pelipper's EVs and moveset, keeping the default Rain Setter set that enters and exits the field, since in SS OU most things can stifle Pelipper and prevent it from clicking anything, the team with the changes:

Hello! Do note that you are generally required to write at least three sentences in the description for every Pokemon, so follow the guidelines below going forward (an exception is granted here due to you being a very new user :sphearical:):

Why did you choose this Pokemon? What do the EV spreads do and why do you have it? What are all 4 moves for?

As for your team, it looks like a fairly standard rain team with a few deficiencies so I'll suggest the following changes:
  • You need a Steel-type to check Fairy-type attackers like Tapu Koko, Tapu Lele and Tapu Fini. Ferrothorn is generally the standard pick on rain teams due to its wonderful defensive profile and bevy of support moves like Stealth Rock and Knock Off, so I feel that following convention here would be wise.
  • Pelipper should run a bulkier EV spread like the one shown on its SmogDex page since it's tasked to be a defensive pivot that removes hazards on most rain teams.
  • Zapdos should run a Heavy-Duty Boots set as being immune to Stealth Rock helps immensely with its longevity.
  • Tapu Lele can consider running a Timid nature to outspeed Arctozolt in hail.

Thanks for the help! One question, why equip Ferro with eject button and not leftovers or Rocky helmet?
