Sleep Clause and OHKO Clause enabled
Evasion and OHKO moves are banned
No two pokemon of the same species
Freeze Clause and PP ups is optional
Agility + Wrap/Fire Spin/Bind/Clamp in the same moveset is banned
You CANNOT draft the same pokemon as your opponent

Deadline is two weeks from today, Sunday March 18, 2007. I understand some of you might be going away for spring break, but make sure you PM your opponent to set up a time when you are available, and give yourselves enough time to conduct the draft, make the team and battle.
If i haven't seen any effort by someone to arrange something by next sunday, much like in round one, I will pm around and yell at everyone. Don't make me do that! Good luck everyone!
