RBY Mewtwo in the current Metagame

Hey guys, I'm new here and this is my first post :)
So I was wondering how the former behemoth would fare in Gen VI.

To clarify what hypothetical Pokemon I'm talking about:


RBY Mewtwo

Psychic type

106/110/90/154/154/130 - Total = 744 (no split of the special stat)

Ability:
Blast from the past - Immune to ghost type attacks, dark attacks do normal damage, critical hit rate is 25% but stat boosts are ignored, psychic type attacks from this Pokemon deal normal damage to steel and dark types

Possible Attacks:
- Super Psychic: like Gen VI Psychic but has a 33% chance of lowering the opponent's special attack an special defense by 1 stage
- Clear Mind: raises special attack and special defense by 2 stages
- Super Blizzard: 120 base power and 90% accuracy


So what dou you think? Uber or AG tier like Mega Rayquaza?
