National Dex Really Need Someone to Critique My Team

So I've built a team... you can take a look at it below. The image is attached at the very bottom too. The idea behind it is to set up a sweeper in a couple of ways while also having other options to work around opponents depending on the circumstances. I didn't put too much thought into EVs, but any critique on that would be very much appreciated too.

Donphan @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Tera Type: Ground

Ability: Snow Warning

- Aurora Veil
- Rain Dance
- Icicle Spear
- Ice Shard

Gorebyss @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Swift Swim
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 228 HP / 252 SpA / 28 Spe
Mild Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shell Smash
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Psychic

Orthworm @ Occa Berry
Ability: Earth Eater
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 180 HP / 100 Def / 228 SpD
Bold Nature
- Shed Tail
- Iron Defense
- Body Press
- Iron Head

Blaziken (Blaziken-Mega) @ Blazikenite
Ability: Speed Boost
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 72 Atk / 92 Def / 92 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Baton Pass
- Blaze Kick
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat

Dragonite @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 144 HP / 172 Atk / 96 Def / 96 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Ice Spinner
- Dual Wingbeat
- Extreme Speed

Now here are my ideas behind the team.

Gorebyss Setup
1: Open with Donphan to establish Stealth Rock. RapidSpin/Roar/SandTomb for utility depending on circumstances.

2: Vanilluxe (Holding a Damp Rock) can put up Aurora Veil after switching in due to Snow Warning ability. Sets rain immediately after for Gorebyss.

3:Gorebyss (Holding Heavy-Duty Boots) switches in. Boots prevent damage/status from enemy traps (If Donphan Fails to Rapid Spin for any reason). Will then use Shell Smash and then benefit from rain to begin Sweep (Especially with Swift Swim). Previously placed Stealth Rocks will void enemy Sturdy and/or Focus Sashes. Keep going until the enemy team is wiped or Gorbyss fails.

If Gorebyss Fails...

4: Follow up with Orthworm (Holding Occa Berry). Occa Berry will reduce Super-Effective Fire Damage. Earth Eater ability nullifies Super-Effective Ground moves. This is so that he may either finish off remaining enemies... or use Shed Tail and switch into Blaziken. With a substitute in place, Blaziken can begin building himself on the field.

5: Blaziken will Mega-Evolve to achieve heightened stats and initiate Speed-Boosts at the end of each turn. The Substitute from Orthworm's Shed Tail (ideally, if it is still there assuming Orthworm used the move after the opponent struck first) will allow Blaziken to use a Swords Dance without the risk of taking damage (Unless the opponent has a workaround, like Dual Wingbeat, or simply uses Roar/Whirlwind). This allows Blaziken to become his own sweeper with minimal assistance from other Pokemon. His two STAB moves allow for a higher chance to ensure that the remaining Pokemon are defeated. Baton Pass should let him exit from undesirable situations while still allowing the next Pokemon to retain the positive stat changes. Baton Pass has a few options since Blaziken boosts Physical Attack (We can switch into Dragonite/Vanilluxe/Orthworm/Donphan since they all utilize Physical Attacks).

6: Dragonite will utilize Bukly EVs and a wide type coverage moveset to wrap up remaining opponents. Blaziken's Baton Pass can boost Dragonite drastically. Though, admittedly, not much thought went into my Sixth Pokemon here. Life Orb further boosts damage.

This plan, although it appears very linear and can be brought to a halt in many ways, also has many possible opening sequences. For example, after Donphan, we can use Vanilluxe's Aurora Veil, then switch to Orthworm to assist Blaziken. That's only one example out of the many ways this party can be used.

Essentially, I would like to see this team succeed more often than not while not being adjusted in any way to solely rely on a single Pokemon central to its success. Instead, I want this team to work in many ways more than one.

Also, I've been considering using Ninjask instead in place of Blaziken so that I can use a different Mega Pokemon, but I wouldn't know who and what to change from there. Regardless, critique of this team and my ideas would be extremely appreciated.

unfortunately, this team is unviable for both national dex doubles and national dex ubers, the only two tiers where mega blaziken is usable legally; the rest of the team barring dragonite (ndou) is national dex RU material. you're better off throwing away this team and using sample teams from whatever tier you're interested in:

I would link national dex ubers, but they're outdated so no point TBH
