Reclaiming the Fundamentals tournament sign-ups (evasion allowed tourney)

OHKO moves will not be allowed
Sleep Clause
Freeze Clause
Species Clause
Only pokemon in the overused section and below may be used.
(That means you cannot use ubers)

Because of the potential unexpected nature of teams in this tourney, it will be double elimination. Be aware, however, that I will have little patience for competitors who procrastinate in the loser's bracket.

This tournament is basically to test the effects of introducing evasion into this already established metagame. It is a direct byproduct of this thread. Please keep only tournament relevant conversation here and keep further discussion on gameplay issues in that thread.

OHKO's will not be allowed because they have not been addressed in depth yet and most people feel that introducing both at once would make for an ugly transition.

I have no idea what kind of response this will generate so it may be as small as 16 or as large as 64. Sign ups close May 19. Ready, set, sign up.
